Remember when we thought the receivers would be the strength of this team?

We have an identity it's "pure shit". Tosses, telegraphed runs, you name it.

And it will be dude. The Bears didn't fire Trestman after the 50 burger and losing the locker room worse than any team in history, they're not firing Flus after losing to two "good" teams after spanking the Panthers and Jags.

We know this is all just as pointless as it was at the end of last year when it was clear he's not the guy. We have the Patriots (at home, which is apparently quite important) next week, I expect them to bumslay again. And then we have the division, the 49ers and the Seahawks. We are fucked. But maybe a long losing streak will be enough to get rid of Flus.

I like Moore a lot, and apparently he was limping to the sideline, but then he played the next series. There's been a lot of little stuff like this the past few weeks which has me slightly concerned.

Saw that today and just got enraged all over again.

I love DJ and I know he's been playing hurt this season....but wtf was that?

Radio host, interviewing DJ Moore this morning: has Eberflus lost the team?

    DJ: I won’t say no

Just rip the fucking bandaid off now. Fuck tradition.

Exactly! Basically all of us here called this shit with Eberflush. We are a full year and a half ahead of these fucktards. And not just him, we can go as far back as people want. We called the same shit with Nagy a year and a half before those fucking tards actually pulled the trigger. Thats the killer about this whole thing, its so fucking predictable and all so egregiously stupid.

But now word is more than out and the national media are having a feeding frenzy on our friend 'Flush every week, im gonna turn my attention where it belongs from here on out. The GM who's managed to quietly do a dogshit job of "taking the north and never giving it back". And who will be responsible for every failure the HC makes cos he shouldn't even be there.

Yes! And honestly you could make the case they've been the biggest letdown of everything.

We knew the OL would be dogshit, they're talent deficient. You can't say that about the receivers. Coming into week 1 you would say our 1-3 were, conservatively speaking, a top10 unit in the league. No one has 400yards yet!! Now Odunze has made plenty of rookie mistakes, which you'd be a fool not to expect cos its wot happens, but he has also made a lot of good plays and currently leads the team in receiving yards. No the BIG problem here is the 2 guys above him on the depth chart.

#2 Keenan Allen was brought here to be a catch machine who would eat up either the zone or the other team's #2 CB. Outside of one very good game in London where he caught everything inc a legit top tier TD catch.....frankly the guy looks washed. There are still glimpses, the occasional great catch, or sharp release or dirty route, but its not at all consistent anymore. I haven't coaches film'd him every play, but i have plenty and he gets plastered a lot. His catch % this season is awful. He caught just 4 of 10 targets yesterday. He's at an even 50% for the entire season which is comfortably worst on the team inc Odunze with his rookie play. Outside of London Allen has 16catches on 37 targets. he's been nothing like the high level banker you'd expect him to be.

It sucks cos i was a longtime fan and would've LOVED an in his prime Keenan Allen on this team. But this isnt that guy. At this point id take a 6th and some salary relief that can be carried into next season.

Our #1 DJ Moore....i can genuinely say his attitude has been the single biggest disappointment to me on the entire team. In terms of the unexpected. I was a huge fan last season, i was glad he got locked up. This season he has been the poster child for the WR who got paid and became a total diva. The pulling up early on plays he doesnt think he'll get the ball, the moping between plays, the incessant arm flaps, the sideline bitchface, its pathetic. Don't play a drinking game where you take a shot everytime he does one of those in a game, it'll kill you. Even bww's drunk ass would be in the hospital by halftime!

Motherfucker they got you out of Carolina! They gave you $110mil contract!! All you have to do in return is give maximum effort whenever we have the ball and shut the fuck up!! Can't believe i bought that prick's jersey in the summer.

Caleb is making his own mistakes and has to play better. The OL is league worst. And yes the OC is a cock smoker. But the WR's are not getting open often enough, aren't catching well enough, and certainly arent living up to the hype.

No and he's not gonna be, not for another couple months anyway. Still, someone should tell Tanesha Wade to start interview prep now. Her killer HR questions for the HC candidates will be key as ever.

Its not like its even a good tradition! "We're so principled we refuse to fire a HC in-season". Who the fuck cares you utter fucktards!

For the love of God just die!

Sure, but did you look at your own screen grab? Wanna see the video?

We all shat all over ARob for doing this and since im not a hypocrite or have double standards im gonna shit on DJ for it too.

This play continued for SEVEN SECONDS after DJ checked out on everyone. He's right in Caleb's eyeline and clearly if he'd just ran a crosser mirroring Caleb as he ran back to the right, he would've got the ball and for a 1st down. To quit on your QB and team like that is outrageous, id actually argue its worse than Stevenson last week in a way because he didnt quit on anyone he was just an unaware bonehead. This was a conscious decision!

But the same way the media forgets about latest Trump scandal a week later because its just one of 50 scandals, there's so much other joke ass shit going on with this team right now that its escaped the radar that DJ Moore flat out quit on his QB on this play. It should be a huge talking point. And you're a "little concerned" lol??

Look at the slack arse route running on this play at the top of the screen. And he's the primary! And this is in the redzone. Just pathetic effort levels from DJ Moore.

So Herbert to the Bengals for a 7th and a half box of urinal pucks.
At this point, I'm like whatever, but now watch the injury bug bite the RB room.

Yeah, I've liked DJ so far and wasn't really bothered by his body language but this lack of effort from someone who should be one of the leaders on offense is unacceptable. Like the coaching staff above him, he's taken no accountability for his self-inflicted problems.

Herbert to the bengals for a 7th round pick. At least they got…something. But only a stupid football team finds a way to not play a halfback whose career average YPC is 4.8, but they’ll find ways to give carries to guards, Travis Homer, DJ Moore, and Rome Odunze.

Shane Waldron will keep calling offensive plays, apparently. I’ve no clue who’d call them if they took playcalling away from him—but for Eberflush to talk about that in a presser yesterday just 8 weeks into his first season at OC—perhaps now the seat is hot.

I hope Poles’ seat is just as hot. If this team quits this year—I’ll accept Caleb having to learn 2 playbooks in 2 years knowing Ryan Poles won’t be “fixing” the roster. At this point, scale has overflowed and pulled him down with bad decisions to the point I don’t believe he can navigate the bears—not just out of the QB wilderness, but out of the cellar dweller position.

I don’t think he should be allowed a 2nd HC, as he can’t get much right. Keenan Allen backfield. Ignoring the OL went about as bad as anybody with eyes can expect. Building the team trenches last has gone about as expected. You drafted hothead in the 2nd round who’s more miss than hit covering somebody when he’s not yapping at fans on a Hail Mary he probably should be paying attention to. You hand out draft picks like candy on Halloween for back up OL on other teams, but then never play them or you trade for WRs who don’t want to play football, but would rather be male models.

    This team sucks. Fire everyone.

It's likely more that he was pissed about his lack of playing time given how productive he was the last 3 years.

I can't even rant anymore. This shit is so sad. You've got a GM that will certainly get the chance to hire another head coach and continue to fuck this roster. You've got a head coach that was clearly in over his head before they drafted Caleb, let alone afterwards. You've got an offensive coordinator who is also clearly over his head and has no accountability because what is the head coach going to do, run the offense himself? Hah!

Let's look JUST at the RB position, for Poles' decisions: Has a very productive, hard runner that's a good locker room presence in Herbert and makes it priority fucking #1 to sign an older, very expensive running back in free agency. Then moves his 3rd round WR to RB because he can't get his head around being a WR. Then, turns down an offer of (what we believe to be) a 4th or 5th rounder for that inept now-RB, only to cut him a few weeks later because he very notably contributed to losing a football game. Lastly, trades Herbert for a 7th rounder.

And now, I'm not even getting into the blundering fucking mess that both trenches are on this team.

The GM is the start of every team's success or failure. We can argue that Poles has made some good moves - the trade with Carolina, for example - but I would argue (and have done since near day fucking one) that he has fallen ass backward into these good moves at the hands of equally or more inept GM's from other teams. This is a guy that has gotten absolutely abused by teams with good GM's. You got demolished last week by the OC that you could've hired, but instead chose Shane Waldron, for example. Trading a 2nd fucking round pick for Chase fucking Claypool. I would've fired him right then and there, if it were my franchise. It made zero fucking sense then, it makes zero fucking sense now.

I'm over it, man. Until the ownership of this team changes, and lil nepo baby Georgie isn't making the decisions, this is a franchise that is unserious about football. Virginia is 101 years old. The oldest people, after a quick Wikipedia look, tend to live to anywhere between 114 and 116 years old, minus some outliers.

    Fuck.
