Crazy stuff going on in the NCAA The Pac-12 is officially dead. Well, it’s not dead. It’s just down to two members. As of today, Oregon State and Washington State are the last two standing, after the exodus of Oregon, Washington, USC, and UCLA to the Big 10 and Utah, Arizona, and Arizona State to the Big XII, and Cal and Stanford to the ACC. It’s the most jarring round of conference reshuffling college sports has ever seen, and it has led to the most bizarre outcome. PFT
I really enjoyed seeing Miami blow out Florida, as a lifelong UM fan. Those rivalries (including FSU) were a defining part of growing up in South Florida. It was also good to see a real matchup in week one - not a powerhouse team warming up against an FCS team like most of the games this week.
I thought of you when I seen that score, I knew you would be proud. The 'U' looks very much like a team to be reckoned with for sure. BC vs FSU tonight might be fun.
BC has a grade A offensive line and their up vs #13 FSU, 7-0... they grind. Very impressive. Quiet crowd.
Might be just a prediction or plain and simple 'evil intent', but Texas is going to roll Michigan in the big house.
Michigan goes down at home to Texas and #5 ND loses at home to the MAC's NIU. I couldnt have drawn it up better myself.
Refs tried really hard to let Arkansas and Notre Dame win at the end. Both teams should have lost on walk-off FGs.
Nebraska pancakes players and gets called for holding. Colorado tugs jerseys and removes them from padding and gets no calls ever. This is on the level of corruption.
It seems so or at least opens the door for fans to wonder what in hell is going on at times and it sure seems to me that controversial calls are increasing in frequency rapidly and are so blatant that you cant help but think something subversive exists because of the glaring evidence right before our eyes. Hard to imagine it all being just honest mistakes.
