I think the extension we use automatically tries to embed a Google sheet link. You may be able to use the ‘code’ function to wrap around the link. It should show as just the link that anyone can copy/paste. I’ll take a look at the dashboard later today and see if there are any settings I can change.
Actually, what I needed to do is DELETE that scrap tab. The intent is to not have anyone else's rankings influence the people doing the drafting. I don't mind that you see them, because as you noted they are way out of date and are total rubbish anyway. But they aren't intended to be used by anyone for anything.
^correct. He who drafts based on the uploaded rankings really shouldn't be drafting. They are there for convenience. Some real gems put near the lower ends in some positions. Mind boggling. Look where Hunt is for example.
That's funny b/c Mars-Wrigley US headquarters is about 10 miles from me in Hackettstown, NJ. They also have a manufacturing facility there.
It was simply the biggest list that I could find at the time that was formatted in a way to make the names, schools and positions come out in separate fields. Last year we used a far better list in terms of rankings, but it wasn't fully completed until after we started the mock. So there were some missing names that Joe and I had to fill in as the draft progressed. We've now made it to Round 5 without a single Stump The Truck moment, so I'm keeping this source in mind for future years as the clear winner.
Funny coincidence. They make chocolates in that facility. The one next to the Falcons site was the largest Wrigley's plant before the merger with Mars, so it mostly makes gum - insane amounts of gum.
I know I definitely appreciate that aspect of your lists. I might be biased, but can’t help but feel like the rankings often influence people’s selections
At least for me, this stands out as a screaming value at this point. Played in the SEC, held his own despite having none of those flashy measurables that get you talked about near the 1st. I was starting to let myself get excited for the Colts upcoming pick and even considered a trade up last night. But not shockingly it wasn’t meant to be. In my very first mock this year I traded up to 4.12 with the Saints to take him. And he really should be gone by that point imo. 5th is robbery
Oh and the Giants have pick 5(31), also from the Burns trade. Just noticed that when I was checking to see when I’d be up next.
Did he last this long too? This has been interesting. I'm doing some very late research on some UDFA type guys. And falling in love with a few.
Buffalo ( @Silver&black ) = overdue, pick whenever Washington = OTC (@ovfd55 about to pick) Titans (@RicoL8 ) = on deck followed by Denver (@RTTRUTH has list for @Bowesrbroncos13 )
