His name bothers me so much. Leonard Marshall and Lawrence Taylor were cornerstone pieces of the Giants of my youth. Every time I say Leonard Taylor it feels so.... wrong.
Too bad former Michigan DE Lawrence Marshall didn't make it in the NFL. Then you could sign him and complete the set.
The difference between his highlights and most of 2023 is baffling. At his best he looks like Warren Sapp. WTF happened last year? He just looked slow, it wasn’t even about the production dipping. If he hits it could be an all-time steal. I was trying to convince the Rams to take him over McKinnley. But stuck with the more powerful and likely safer option.
Yeah I think I am hoping he can be "unlocked" and brought along slowly because he won't exactly be the focal point of the Giants defense. Giants D-line coach came in and unlocked Sexy Dexy's potential hoping he can dot he same thing here. If it's an effort issue well... then wasted draft pick. But I don't know what this guys deal really is. He has really active hands and can collapse the pocket from the center. But he just ends up on the ground so dang much...
Oh sure you pick someone I hate when I am not in this mock. WTF. Too many DR. visits and recovery for me to be locked into a time again. Enjoying the results and love the banter.
And with that, at least three bad trades that have benefited Joe in this draft. What is he doing to y’all in PM man?
I still disagree on the Atlanta one. Made perfect sense. I took a 4th to make that Bills deal work and trade in advance. I just benefited. Only team that really overpaid was the Bills but they got their WR. What was the other one btw? lol
Looking at his stats and other team things, I agree. Looked at stats of EDGE guys expected to get drafted around his projected spot, he has the better stats.
Suppose it was simply Okwhatshisname for #118. Bad trade? He fits Seattle's needs perfectly, fits Seattle's profile perfectly. Has NFL experience already, putting him ahead of whatever TE that I would have drafted at pick 118.
Vikings top priority picks outside of QB are the EDGE and CB positions, so I felt the need to go EDGE before the top-notchers were all gone and it was cool to land Kamara. More CB's to go around compared to EDGE also. (So now everybody knows my next move, lol)
