I was a little worried Tim might take him but I think he's the perfect fit for Jacksonville on top of being a big need.
Jim Harbaugh says.... "I want you two.. Yes... you and you! Remember me? Welcome to your new home boys! Let's do another Championship." With picks 49 & 50, Jim Harbaugh brings in Michigan LB Junior Colson and DT Kris Jenkins. steelers OTC @StlCrtn rams on deck @RTTRUTH
Definitely one of my three most intriguing things about this draft. So many players from Michigan eligible, and the chargers holding some premium draft picks. I wonder how many of his Michigan guys he will go get
Colson, Jenkins, R Wilson and Sainristil were all high on my list. I was shooting for at least 3 of the 4 but I couldn't resist Troy.
The Kris Jenkins pick spot was originally mine with Philly. 2 more picks to go to see if picking up that very late pick instead of giving one up myself was worth trading #50 instead of #53. Edit: Probably was. I may even consider a trade back.
One fun trade back scenario I’ve considered but haven’t acted out for the Colts is a trade back to roughly 21-26 and take Franklin round 1. We’ve interviewed Nabers and Worthy. Couldn’t get up for Nabers in this one. And 15 is too rich for the other, imo. Possible for real life Colts. We’ve interviewed a bunch of 7th-UDFA OL and Safeties. I watched Ballard sit attentively right on the field during OL drills at the combine. Thought that was interesting. I went early on S because it’s big in Bradley’s scheme. But that last pick was admittedly a tough choice.
Interesting thing about WR is that there seems to be a consensus top 3 then a consensus #4 and then the consensus is that here is absolutely no consensus lol.
Patriots are offering 68 and 103 for an otc pick will be in and out doing chores around the house so dont worry if I dont respond immediatelt
