    Eagles

1(22) Amarius Mims, OT - Georgia
    1(32) Kool-Aid McKinstry, CB - Alabama
3(31) Brandon Dorlus, DL - Oregon
4(10) Tanor Bortolini, OL - Wisconsin
    4(31) Jaylin Simpson, S - Auburn
5(18) Myles Cole, DE - Texas Tech
6(36) Cole Burgess, WR - SUNY Courtland
    7(6) Ty'Ron Hopper, LB - Missouri

Nobody is winning ROY here because this is a ho hum "solid" depth and learning draft. Sure Mims and Bortolini could compete for the right guard spot but most likely it's going to a vet. The team does badly need depth there still. They were drafted for the future though. Lane Johnson could retire as soon as next year and the Eagles need to be ready for that. Mims is still a bit raw and a year of Stoutland U will help him tremendously; same for Bortolini. Dorlus and Cole I felt were value picks and one or both could see time in the rotation, although I think Cole will need more time to learn the position. Cole has the physical skills, but not the technique. Dorlus could line up inside or outside probably as long as it isn't directly across from center. That brings us to the DBs. Kool-Aid is most likely to see significant time but he likely won't be asked to start early in the season, while Simpson will likely only be on for a few packages or as an injury replacement until we see more from him, similarly to Hopper who is trying to just make the team. Lastly, Burgess was a star at a championship D-III school and he might have what it takes to make it in this league. He honestly doesn't look like anything special and will have to prove he can create his own YAC and he is an older prospect but it's a late round pick and some team whether it's in the draft or in UDFA will be all over him to see if he can compete in camp. I would have likely taken him last but many LBs were still on the board so I took him in the late 6th instead of early 7th.

Just some stuff off the top of my head...

Frankie Griffin out of Texas State was a linebacker that I projected to safety.

The Packers signed him as an UDFA and put him at safety.

There was a smaller defensive tackle (can't think of his name right now) that I had projected to interior linebacker in order to make it as a pro.

The Jets picked him up as a UDFA and threw him in the mix at ILB for a minute.

I had Tanner and Deablo as LBs before it became a talking point.

There are definitely others posted here on the boards, but these are the ones that came to mind quickly/easily.

There's a TE in this draft class that I think projects to OT in order to stick in the league.

Tip Reiman is 30-35 pounds away from having a longer than the mathematical average career in the NFL, IMO. He could potentially stick as a blocking TE, but I think the upside at tackle is a better pursuit for him.

3(2) Cam Hart, CB - Notre Dame
3(7) Devontez Walker, WR - North Carolina
5(3) Frank Crum, OT - Wyoming
5(27) Isaiah Davis, RB - South Dakota State

The Cardinals owned the #4 overall pick but also owned an actual QB so we made the move to trade down after we got a great offer. The Cardinals tried to move back up to get a top 3 WR but we moved back knowing it most likely wasn't going to happen. We took a slight risk at trading back to 17 to promote our 3rd rounder to a 2nd rounder and the gamble paid off as Latu was at the top of the list after trading down and assuming we weren't getting a WR. The Cardinals had a lot of needs and we saw these moves as a chance to get many early picks with a high rate of success while also getting a couple high picks in future seasons. I'm trying to set the team up for success while we still have Murray and not all at once. We didn't wait long for a WR though and took Brian Thomas Jr. just in front of the WR needy Bills and also picked up Tez Walker in the 3rd. I felt the Cardinals needed 2 early WRs in this draft and I got that done. We also needed to protect our QB so Jordan Morgan was brought in followed by Frank Crum later who I feel should have gone on day 2. The Cardinals have taken care of the line some in Free agency but they need competition and depth and I feel I have done that. LB was a weakness for the Cardinals and with it being a relatively weak LB class and with one already gone I saw an opportunity to get the top one on my board in the 2nd so I made my move. I really felt that the cardinals needed to get a cornerback but the team had so many needs. I was lucky to get one of my targets at the start of the 3rd in Cam Hart. If it wasn't for the moves I made earlier I would not have been able to accomplish all of this. That is without a doubt. Isaiah Davis is a hard running back but he has a good cut and smooth hips and I think can find a role on this team. And finally Jaylan Ford I think is a great Value pick at this point and I believe could be good enough to get a depth position on this team. I have one more pick to go. I have a guy pencilled in but we'll see if he's still there.

I drafted Nate Gerry as a LB before the actual team drafted him as one. I think I was the same as you with Deablo. I might have even mocked him as one too lol.
