I had the back to back with Buffalo recently. Really considered going Kenny Logan/Taylor. Both fun late prospects
------------ Buffalo Bills Draft 1.28 Jer'Zhan Newton / DT / Illinois 2.28 Keon Coleman / WR / Florida State 4.28 Jamari Thrash / WR / Louisville 4.33 Jalyx Hunt / DE / Houston Christian 5.9 D.J. James / CB / Auburn 5.28 Daequan Hardy / NB / Penn State 6.10 Layden Robinson / G / Texas A&M 6.24 Garret Greenfield / OT / South Dakota St. 6.28 Kenny Logan Jr. / S / Kansas 6.29 Justin Eboigbe / DL / Alabama 2025 7 >> 6th(Detroit) Biggest needs were adding some young WR talent, some depth at DB and interior OL. Maybe the second biggest priority after WR was finding a way to get through the juggernaut that is playoff Kansas City. I went BPA by attacking D-line in the 1st, adding a natural pass-rushing DT who wins early and quite often. After a failed attempt to trade up for Troy Franklin in the 2nd, I spent my next two selections on WR's I felt could make an impact in our passing game. I felt I got excellent value with my first 3 picks. But maybe my biggest reach (only reach?) came in the late 4th when I selected Jalyx Hunt. From a small school, he has athleticism and a natural bend you simply can't teach. I think there's some serious long-term potential as a pass-rusher so I didn't want to risk losing out on him by waiting until the value matched up slightly better. I think Von Miller will earn half his salary in 2024 simply as a mentor to the young buck. With my numerous late round picks I tried to find some value while adding depth at positions that needed it, and added some guys for special teams as well. I was soooo busy at work this week I couldn't work the phones quite as aggressively as I would have liked. Made one minor trade, improving my 7th to a 6th next year and hopping from 7.24 > 6.29 after I dropped about 20 back from the late 5th. Long term I added some burst to our pass rush and gave our offense some new weapons to work with that hold varying skill sets. I'm tired enough that I'm certain this won't prove to be one of my better draft breakdowns. Oh well, not sure where I will find the time otherwise. Ignored Position = RB (came closest vs DJ James at 5.9 / I was close to going Estime) Biggest Reach = Jalyx Hunt 4.33 Biggest Value = Keon Coleman 2.28
He caught me right before I passed out. Chargers Tyrice Knight, LB - UTEP Eagles Ty'Ron Hopper, LB - Missouri
Daijahn Antony is the next name on Will’s list. I passed out on the couch on hold on the damn phone last night. My neck is twisted to all hell…
