Below average blocker. Receiving wise, he didn't do much past screens and flats, which works to his athletic advantage. I think he is a solid receiver ultimately. Ultimately, he was just very inconsistent on film. Some awful games, some good to very good ones. But the bad really outweighed the good for me. COULD go Round 3-4, but I don't have him among my Top 12 RBs in the class. The positive is that RBs with this type of athleticism USUALLY outperform their draft position (Latavius Murray, Justin Fargas, etc). So, not counting him out. As a 3rd RB on the Falcons, Guerendo is fine for sure. Not sure I'd have spent 4th round capital on that position, but I don't mind the fit.
Thanks Tim. Interesting to see all defense from the Jags until Foster and the Chargers focusing on that OLine after.
Ok, the 49ers have 3 picks pretty close together and I have a stack of names that I am cool with here... So, we're going to go a little off the beaten path and get a little wild with this pick.
UBC! My brother's friend was drafted to the CFL from there last season or two. He got cut in camp but then got signed next season after going back to UBC.
Jeff and I are here just dealing with birthday boy drama we knew was coming. We speaking Fugese (it's northern you'd know if you know). 2nd bday we hosted for our buddy where shit has gone down. Last time me and Jeff hosted at his old house.
In case it wasn't clear, we are just enjoying the show with commentary. Oh and the last lineman pick by the Jags and the correction were all Jeff.
----------- Bills select: Jamari Thrash - WR - Louisville @LAOJoe if you have PIT pick, you're up I guess
I was considering him with my last pick. Went with the #3/#4 RB to finish off the offensive roster instead, since I had already added Maason Smith to the DT group. Grades on him seem to be all over the place, and I guess it's a matter of what scheme you plan to run and how you will try to use him.
