Good players, not sure they are there when Pittsburgh picks. JPJ lasting until 51, Arnold at 20, Then Corley at 84, Gray at 98, Javon Foster at 119 is the only one I had success getting on the mock draft simulator.

 

Yep, Alt and Fashanu are true LT's. the rest of the lot is mostly RT, try him at OT and if he sucks at it on the NFL level , kick him inside, see Skornoski, Peter.

When looking for "Steeler" guys remember they won't draft anyone that has a questionable motor. Won't waste the pick. So if that comes up in any of the research you can safely remove them from the board.

So this draft they have the Steelers trading down and taking Ladd McConkey?!.

I find that to be absurd, although WR is a need. This guy is only 6' 0" and 185. He's fast, but in the 1st round. I don't see it.

 

that is absurd because I almost got him at 51 in the collaborative draft, he went 48 to The Bungholes.

 

Yeah, I do look for that along with character flaws... DUIs, battery, shit like that. It seems since they started paying them to play, the theft of IPads in the dorms has quieted down amongst future pro athletes. But I don't catch everything, so if someone sees some shady shit, shout it out on here.

I got a few guys still available, anyone wants to give me a name, go ahead, I am open to suggestions., I cannot say much, we have snipers hiding in Mel Kiper's hair.

 

I hate mock drafts like this, they never say what the trades were to warrant the trade or value the team received…. Don’t see them passing over Barton or Thomas, like you said, especially with the need for line help. I think McConkey is going to be a stud, in the puka nakua mode, seeing him going more often at the end of the 1st round. But alas, I don’t see the Steelers drafting him in round one, and personally see McConkey going in the top 1/2 of the second. Even at the senior bowl, he was unguardable.

Yeah, I liked who they selected for us, but if you’re following the sites mock draft, most of the players are long gone by our picks.

 

Nobody can predict who goes where. Medical, team needs, interviews, wonderlic scores, individual workouts. And of course Player X beat the crap out of the neighbor's cat..... Or Player Y, volunteers at a soup kitchen. I think this is why Barton is the pick. In a pinch he could play RT, Guard, and I think he's viewed as a Center by the Steeler brass, namely Pat Meyers. Add in very high IQ and motor, really get him into camp and see where he fits.
But it's a good puzzle for NFL fans to solve, you can read all the profiles, mocks, run simulators, watch tape. blah blah blah. In the end it won't change the selections. But as die hard fans we want a clue as to who the targets are. That is why we do this every year, some of us addicts, year round.,

Javon Foster. The only BPA miss I see, see pick 121 two spots later Ruke Ohororo is my pick here.

Interesting read on athletic scores on the RB class. Maybe Steelers take a flyer? I mean Patterson is 33 years old, he goes down, who you got. Same with Najee and Warren.

 

Oh I wouldn't mind the pick, I'm high on him for all the reasons you stated.... definitely wouldn't be pouting with the selection.

Only thing that would lead me to question if he's the target is strictly based upon the Steelers hierarchy attending his pro day and that is all... nothing more at all

 

Also, if all the know it alls knew it all, there never be a draft bust, sadly, all too often, fans are left happy after the draft and 2-3 years in, they're calling for people heads... just a giant crap shoot and we how our players hit

Always try and have a balanced draft, so far 3 Offense 3 Defense, will be splitting the last two for BPA roster availability. I think some positions are off my board at this point, TE is one of them.

Brady Qunt no wonder he is out of the league and now he's making his mock. It's fucking stupidly bad.
1. No Guyton, and the Cowboys taking Penix. Yeah buddy, you're on crystal meth or what ?
2. Steelers passing on OL taking a CB not named Arnold or Mitchell Wiggins or McKinstry. WTF
3. Buffalo taking an edge rusher, passing on WR.
4. Packers going ILB, not OL , really?
5. Darius Robinson going 17th? I think he will fall into the 40's if I had to bet my money. Speaking of which, Fuck Draftkings and all the other sports betting sites. These kids are being sucked into a life of debt and with to cost of living being what it is, they are never going to get into a house or condo.
