Team targets as posted by the newer member, sorry Chief forgot your name. I have an issue with this as it sort of ignores DL and Safety. But overall not a horrible guide. Interesting how they have Matt Goncalves ahead of Christian Jones. Feel good story and one could argue that Tomlin knows the young man fairly well and has a connection to Pickett. And how in the he11 do they not put Punter as a need for Pittsburgh. SMFH.

 

Really liked the interviews with Ladd McConkey WR Georgia, Christian Haynes OG UConn and Isiah Davis RB S. Dakota State on moving the chains. All high character guys.

 

This is the top 4 that I think is the most likely. I know the Chargers have cap issues and Allen and Williams are potential casualties so maybe a WR makes sense.

I like Kirwin. He's cerebral and not a loud mouth like Kiper.

For me after watching practices Georgia Safety Bullard is a great Swiss Army knife , Kirwin describes him as a Brian Branch type Glad the only draftable UConn player G Christian Haynes solidified his status as a second day lineman. Actually a DT Watts for UConn played helped make a goal
Line stand .

 

haven’t watched it yet, I’ll give my thoughts after. I did watch the shrine bowl and thought Gore Jr looked good and Cephus looked decent as well. Talia isn’t going to be an NFL qb.

One thing that soured me on the senior bowl is this opt out shit. You practice all week but you and your agent decide to not play in the game. Millions of dollars on the line I’m not one to fault the kid, but let somebody else go to Mobile who is a full participant. This is why I’m rooting for KC next Sunday. Correct me if I’m wrong but Didn’tChristian McCaffrey and Leonard Fournette start all this opt out crap?

 

So my take on Kool-Aid after reading scouting reports and realizing that there are 5 CB with better traits than him. Day 2 projection for me. There are still 5 CB that could go in the top 25 as well as OT. Depending on who falls where, I see a good player falling to 20. My gut right now says they go with a big ugly to fix the trenches. I have Jackson Powers-Johnson as my target. Take the best player available at a position of need, best Center in the draft. If you take Mims or Latham you are getting the 5th or 6th best OT in the draft. I don't think the second best CB will be there at 20, there will be a run on them in the late teens.

 

I have a good landing spot for Penix, Vikings at 42, the thing working against him is the age and injury history, but some team will have him higher on the board. I doubt he gets out of day 2, a lot of questions at the combine for him will be medical.

One of the better mocks, but they double dip at CB and ignore DL.

Another really good effort, but Depot is in love with Michigan players. They all love Sainristil for some reason and I think round 3 is high for a slot CB. This mock ignores Safety and picks a Michigan RB in round 7, I'd go UDFA..

Some good players, but let's be honest Fuagua is not getting past the Jets, Saints, Bengals. And they ignore DL & ILB and take an edge guy and RB.

 

Also keep in mind some of these sites, although good refference do miss things. NFL mockdraft database doesn't even list CB Jabar Muhammad Washington. I think he's a slot CB day 3 consideration. Even though most forgot him, he will be on my board if the portal doesn't work out. I do have us taking a CB, Khyree Jackson in my mock, 6-3 CBs don't grow on trees.

 

Sounds like a shoe in for the Steelers at 20.

 

Yeah I don't think so either. I think they look at Jordan Davis day 3, or some Jamoke from East Bumfuck State as an UDFA. Def NO to Joe Milton, he's a younger bigger version of Mitch Truelysucky.

I dunno man, taking Toledo CB Quinyon Mitchell and leaving Jackson Powers-Johnson on the board. I think you can find a CB later on deeper class, whereas OC is as thin as a communion wafer.

I guess you got to watch a lot of tape to see who tackles well and gets into the backfield. That's one Free Agent they should have paid. Mixed on Cam Sutton, he gave up a lot of big plays and left yellow laundry on the grass for Detroit.
