The Mason Cole patch is done. We need our future Center, this line needs a General at the most important position on the line. When we had those centers we’ve had great lines!!!

 

I know on here someone posted it's a weak Center market in free agency, but on Moving the Chains with Pat Kirwin, he said there were 6 centers that will be FA. I am a draft guy, not a FA guy, even though the two directly impact one another. One other note, I watched Mizzou, was scouting CB Chris Abrams-Draine. I never thought to look at his bookend teammate, Ennis Rakestraw Jr.. Chris Trepasso has him going 13th overall to the Raiders, which I am happy to see they are retaining Antonio Pierce, now he needs a GM and some smart people to help him succeed. I think most can admit, Josh McDaniels is a douchebag. I have said it for years, he's a spoiled little puke. I mean when your two best players Jay Cutler and Brandon Marshall bail on Denver, you must really be Asshole of biblical proportions. I think this leads me to something else, when a team has a coach or a player(s) that are obnoxiously shoved at you 24/7 you start disliking them. Never hated KC, now with all the fucking ads with Mahomes, Kelce, and Reed, I want the Bills to win. I might even hate the Patriots less now with Hoodie gone. But this Lamar hob knobbing is ad nauseum and I never really liked the Ravens but more now than ever with the way the media is anointing him the greatest thing since the wheel I cannot stand Jackson.. Reminds me of back when the radio played Debbie Boone's "You light up my life" so damn often you just wanted to throat punch the bitch so she never sang another note.

If you wanted to time a hard boiled egg in 1984 alls you would have to do is take it off the next time a Jackson song played. If you wanted it soft boiled you would have to take it off the fire when the first prince song played after Jackson played.

That would be awful. If they're going to waste the draft stock, they should just trade for Fields.

 

Yeah, I think with this draft class, Fields market value is a little soft. If I am Chicago, I am stock piling talent. Pat Kirwin had an interesting take, draft the best QB at 1, let him compete with Fields. If Williams, Maye, or Daniels is better then you still have capital in Fields and you didn't let an opportunity to grab a Franchise QB slip through your hands. Most would agree, Marvin Harrison Jr. is the best player in the draft but it's a deep class for WR1 and they pick again at 9. I guess I am saying I do not think Chicago lets Fields go for the 20th pick, even if they draft Williams.

 

Would you care to elaborate why Penix makes you barf? Im not looking for an argument, thats not my nature... Im just curious as to why? Thought maybe I might have missed something.

 

I think the barf is taking him in the first round could be wrong though

 

Extensive injury history is a big part of the reasoning. Also he’s going to be a year or two older than the rest of the kids. I also believe that Michigan showed his major flaw. Consistently getting hit eliminates his mind from the game. He couldn’t focus and make the throws in the second half of the NC because he was rattled. The last part is fixable; but more or less, through live action.
