The truth of the matter which many Steelers fans don't want to admit is this is not a good team. It wasn't a good team after pre season vanilla Ds made Pickett look like Montana. They were not a good team when they beat the ravens. They were not a good team when they finally put up 400 yards vs the Bengals. When they go to the playoffs they still won't be a good team

Pickett will miss two to four weeks now. Does anyone think Tomlin might not have a winning record if Trubisky is the starter during this time?
The ugly the injury to Pickett not because he means that much to the success of the season but because it will be the reason he is given a pass on the rest of the season. Which means he will roll out as the Steelers starter next season. Where we will see more of the standard.

not so sure I care right now, don’t get me wrong I like Tomlin but it’s not enough to be a motivator anymore, and that’s what he’s good at. We need more out of a coach if you can’t get your team to play at a playoff team level against a 2-8 team then it’s time for you to go. We need someone who plays chess not checkers against competition.
I’m not saying that I care about Tomlins record but that Trubisky sucks so bad that he could drag the Steelers to a losing record. I’m not saying Pickett is great, just that he probably wins the Cardinals game and gets us to the playoffs and wins one. Don’t see this team winning crap now. The only thing that might keep us out of last place is the Bengals without Burrow.
Trubisky is not much worse than Pickett and some people may say he's better than Pickett Coming into the game Arizona was the 31st ranked defense, was giving up 26.75 points per game. Our team's shitty ofense managed 10 points (7 in garbage time).. And a West Coast team traveling East Our team's coaching sucks, its evident with all the penaties and dumb decisions and dumb plays the players make.
