Pittsburgh identified that their OC just wasn't cutting it - that the offense was too often fucking up even basic things, and it wasn't any one player, it was the whole offense. Is the QB good enough? No. But he wasn't being given a chance to succeed in such a bad offense. They fired their OC last week. The Bears won't do it because "that's not what the Steelers would do", or some bullshit. But it's the same problem, the same issue, and the same remedy. Will it make Justin "the guy" beyond a shadow of a doubt? Probably not, no. Will it score more points? At this point, just about anything will.
Right back to beginning of the season. All screens. Nothing down the field. This offensive philosophy is a joke. It’s they would never think we would run it AGAIN play calling.
The defense does deserve to win this. They've done everything well tonight except for JJ dropping the pick 6, although he is arguably the MVP of the game. As bad as the tackling was a few weeks ago against the Chargers, it's been really solid tonight.
Throwing a pick isn’t always the worst thing in the world. Take the shots. Put pressure on there back end maybe loosen up there d line.
