We've reached the point where it is clear that Bill Belichick needs removed as the head coach of the Patriots, and the organization needs to adopt a model that has a president of football operations, a general manager and then the head coach as the pecking order.

The entire coaching staff should be removed, and they should start the rebuild in 2024.

They have either one or two years where Mac is guaranteed to remain as the bridge, and it will give them time to assess him under a new regime.

This Patriots offense is one of the worst products that hits the field each game day.

And... The narrative on Mac Jones is completely different if he is the selection to the Jets, rather than Zach Wilson.

I think Kraft cheese is leaning towards this... too much smoke to not be a fire. The whole damn thing is a complete wash. The rumors keep getting strong. BB was blessed with a team he could work with, many big-time players played for him, over time, things have changed. Time to move on and start something new and futuristic.

Im really thinking kraft and compony are to blame more than BB. Why did they draft kickers over available talent last year, it didnt work. Reaping what they sowed. it's really an intriguing story. From dynasty to bottom feeders.

I think BB is sabatoging the Pats they will come to a mutal agreement to part ways he will take over the Chargers and turn them into perinial contenders instead of yearly flameouts.

Can we all agree Winston should be the starter in NO

Despite their winning record it should become more and more clear that the Steelers are a bottom half of the league team. You have 17 points midway through the 2nd then finish the game with 23. True its by design that they play so ugly and while it will work against teams in the regular season (usually teams that are not very good) you are not winning 4 games with that style against top tier teams in the playoffs (granted in the first round you might not face a top tier team).

Once again purdy proved if they have the lead he is a servicable QB who can drive the machine that is the 49ers.

Watson still isnt worth what the Browns gave him but he is moving into position to be one of the top guys in the AFC. With that defense that makes the Browns a contender (before one of the himer fans runs in and states it no the Steelers are not contenders because they beat the Browns).

At 71, BB needs to just retire and fade into the sunset before his legacy is ruined. If he retires now, it won’t be too tarnished. If he keeps going, he will continue to expose how much his career was blessed by Brady..

Man, I hate giving that fucker credit…

    The rumors keep getting strong.

Kraft may try and get Mike Vrabel back in New England to Coach...this is strictly RUMOUR and Amy Adams (Titans Owner) has Bucked up for Varbel to stay in Nashville.

That is the talk on the local radio that they think Vrable will be targeted by Kraft but as the point out it will require draft picks.

Well Brady went to Tampa, Superbowl. Meanwhile New England has spiraled down to the worst team in the AFC, I rank them at 31 only ahead of Carolina. I think BB has lost the message and who forgets to have PR back on a punt? His drafts have been head scratchers. Cole Strange is a 3rd rounder any draft any year. His kicker and punter could have been had much later in this years draft. He cannot draft a WR to save his ass. He makes moves gets more picks, but really where are the impact players, New England has one of the least talented rosters in the NFL. I mean is Mac Jones the next Art Schlister, did he have 100 large on that game? He tosses a marshmallow to the Colt, instead of hitting Mike Gesecki who was WIDE OPEN for the TD and the win. I hate the Patriots more than any other sports team, and I am enjoying their crash to the abyss. Did anyone see the look on Kraft's face after that pick? Even worse was the face Belichek made when Zippy Zappe threw into quadruple coverage and ended the game. Kraft is putting a product out there nobody wants to watch, how long before all the loyal NE fans just stop showing up. I mean what current jersey would you buy if you are a Pats fan? Maybe Stephenson.

I agree with this. Every day the Pathers GM must be beating his head against a brick wall. Supposedly some test or scout or information surfaced that Stroud cannot process information quickly. Really? Me for one I am glad Houston is relavent and NE is not. This is going to happen again in April, is it Maye or is it Williams. I do think that from a measurable standard Maye is a bigger dude. The NFL is about being able to stay on the field and take hits. I have watched more college ball this fall, trying to be better at the draft. Not sure where he goes but man Penix has the "it" factor. Not sold on McCarthy or Nix yet, just think they play on a loaded and deep team.

Oh, he can draft em', to the tune of 11 in the past 10 years... He sure as hell can't develop them though!!

    Me too...
    ...and yes

There in lies the problem, Kraft isn't putting the product out there, he has given full control to the Hoodie. I agree 100% with @Campbell , if BB won't retire, Kraft has to make the move to fire his ass.

If this is your standpoint, I think you want Williams... Maye is taller by 2-3 inches, but Williams has more meat on his bones and is built better to take a hit.

I'm still trying to figure out why Williams is on such a decline this season from those discussing the 2024 draft.. The only thing I can come up with is that they need us all to click on their articles.

Much like last season, Stroud was clearly the best QB in the draft... Then the unthinkable happened, the Panthers actually did what the talking heads said they should leading up to the draft. I laughed my ass off as the Texans got both Stroud and Will Anderson.

I agree Stroud pretty much as OROY wrapped up... Anderson is still in the running for DROY honors, though admittedly Carter and Witherspoon are going to be tough to beat.

Then as you stated above, they hit another home run in the 3rd round with Tank Dell.

I don’t like the patriots either but I dislike the cowboys more than any other team. Probably has to do with the fact that I lived in Texas and had to listen to their fans try to say that they were better than the Steelers because they won one SB against us, even though we beat them twice in the SB. I’ve disliked them for over fifty years whereas the patriots are a new entry only since BB and Brady came there. The Ravens are high on my list of teams that are disliked. The browns and bengals too. And the other 26 teams are right behind them. I only like the Steelers these days. When I was a boy everything seemed right. But you’re making me feel like I’ve never been born.

Well, if I'm keeping it real.. The Patriots are #3 on my list behind the Ravens and Steelers... Ravens just remind of Modell, and the Steelers are... well, the Steelers. The Patriots are a constant reminder of the polar opposite of streaks when it comes to winning, compared to the Browns losing during the same 20 year span.

For a brief moment in time, I became a fan of the Packers.. When Modell stole the Browns, I gravitated towards the only publicly owned team in the NFL... and it didn't hurt that Brett Favre was my favorite player in the league when it happened. When he left the Packers, the shine wore off quickly... besides the Browns were back and I had a lot to concentrate on, having a top ten pick in the draft every damn year.

That short stint of the Packers is the only non-Browns team I have ever followed as a team. I've followed many players because of FFB, but the teams I root to lose, while the players have a career game.

Now the Bengals are saying that Burrow sprained his wrist on the previous TD pass. Can you sprain a wrist by throwing something? Never heard of that before. And it still doesn't explain why the wrist was wrapped when he got off the bus BEFORE the game.
