It’s time for our first divisional game. Lose this and we are 2 back of both the Browns and Ravens. The team can’t play like they did in Week One, they didn’t look like Steelers to me. On defense we have to stop Chubb and beat up on Watson and show a merciless pass rush. On offense Pickett needs to get on target and the line needs to block like their lives depend on winning the game. We need to force punts so that Austin III can showcase his punt return ability.
Oh boy. Monday night at home is usually a pretty good bet for the Steelers but the disparity of the Browns performance vs the Steelers in Week one worries me. Watson looked good and they hit on all cylinders. The Steelers need to win ugly. Try to keep the score low and then win at the end.
Maybe with the injuries they’ll play like it’s the preseason??? Steelers need to come out hot, get the lead early. Double digit lead would be nice to help take Chubb out of the game, but we all know this team lol
Here’s how it works: The Steelers will jump out to a big lead and then let the Browns creep back into the game until the last two minutes us Steelers fans will be blowing up our defibrillators in a tight win.
Well the good thing about week 1 is surely they cannot play worse. Hopefully the Steelers do not say hold my beer and prove me wrong.
Picket isn’t playing with the same confidence he was playing with last year, maybe try rolling Kenny out of the pocket.
