I only did the Iron Man one. The general idea is to take a range (or a couple of ranges) of picks and have everyone decide whether those players are risers/fallers. Everyone is going head-to-head grading the same guys that way. (Doing it that way last year also meant that I didn't need to auto-fill the UDFAs.) Last year I also combined it with the Scrabble thing so that there would be different games on different days. Round 1 = guessing which picks would have the names with the highest Scrabble scores. One of the other days = the Iron Man thing. I don't remember if I came up with anything for the other day of the draft. But in general, part of the idea was to avoid the need to auto-fill anything, and another goal was to have different games for different days to try to add to the conversation in the draft thread.
