This trade is for Vancouver Volcanos. He mentioned Ismael as a possible throw-in target if we did a big trade with SF to get either Trey Lance or Brock Purdy. Obviously that didn't happen, but V.V. is happy with Levis and now I picked up Ismael for him as well. Ismael was drafted by WAS in 2020, spent a lot of time on their practice squad over the next two years, and was waived-injured at the start of the 2022 season. The 49ers picked him up and he spent the entire 2022 season on San Francisco's practice squad.
Lol... yup. When Irish and I first talked about the potential trade, neither one of us knew anything about him. It was kinda funny talking trade for a guy neither of you knows anything about and who was never even on the actual roster of his current team. Fitting for a draft that started on 4/20.
