***** The Los Angeles Rams select: Kendre Miller - RB - TCU @Underdog pick on arrival @Willie actually OTC **
I'm actually likely one of Kyren Williams' biggest supporters among this group. But the relationship between team and Cam Akers isn't running smoothly. And Kyren has some injury risks himself. When I read that the Rams actually brought in Kendre for a top-30 visit I knew he was a target for me. I had to take Ricks at 4.5, but after that our next scheduled pick isn't until 5.32, and he wasn't going to get that far. So I paid what I had to to move up. Akers/Kendre/Kyren is a good trio now. Should help the offense stay on schedule. But if anyone wants to make an offer for Cam Akers now, the Rams are quietly listening.
Hey @Torgo Outside of yourself, leave it to me to acquire the first 2024 pick. And it was originally ours anyways, lol. Whether I ever get to actually use them or not is irrelevant. I believe in draft flexibility. Every pick you can add helps.
You had said there's room for Bernhardt and Darby and "even Miller" to make the team, and you had completely left Hodge off the list.
@Underdog = overdue, pick whenever you're ready @LAOJoe OTC and then the magic moment (#122) from @gidion72
Me my, bro and my buddy were just in the middle of a video game. We checked the thread once we had a break.
I think I'm picking this time. Guy is still there and I'm pushing my luck all the way from the start of the round.
Not really. If they were keeping a 7-WR group, sure, there would be room for everybody. But 5 WRs is more likely than 6. If you aren't putting Bernhardt ahead of the slot guy Miller or the special teams guy Hodge after all, then you have London, Hollins, Miller, Hodge, and your new draft pick as the first five. Going back to what I said the first time around... that pushes at least one of Darby or Bernhardt out the door to the practice squad for sure, and if they only keep five on the roster, both of them.
