For the most part, I will try to give everyone the heads up when their picks are getting close. Lyman would always do that too in GMO or other mocks. Hopefully we can get everyone the heads up when we're way ahead of schedule. But I won't always be around myself, so anyone else who happens to be around could also help give each other the heads up. The other part of it is that most of us have been doing these mocks seemingly forever, are used to it by now and don't mind too much when we have a bit of a hold-up. It's bound to happen on a daily basis. The bigger thing in the old days was that one or two people would habitually be late, forcing Tim/RT/Joe to come up with autopicks, and then those users would turn around and get mad because they didn't think the autopick was a good enough player. Something I noticed last year was that when a pick was late (which was surprisingly rare - great job everyone!), rather than everybody getting ticked off, watching the pick get skipped over sort of became a high point of the day. We'll all do what we can, we'll all try not to get too bent out of shape over whatever happens, and we'll just see how it goes. If it turns out we have big problems this year, we'll have an idea of what to fix for next year.
Oh wow, I used to catch midnight movies there a few years later. Wild to think we might have both been at a movie in the same theater way back then.
I don’t know if you listened to the live video by Don Felder Torgo, but at the beginning he mentioned the movie and if you remembered it you weren’t high enough.
I saw Black and Blue concert movie, the song remains the same, Richard Pryer live 1 & 2 , flesh Gordon, Debbie does Dallas at that theater. That’s what I can remember.

They did The Song Remains The Same off and on as a midnight movie for a long time there. I remember that's where I first saw Terminator as a midnight show, Holy Grail a few times, and Up In Smoke. Also one of the early Friday the 13th (don't remember if it was the first or second one), but my date and I didn't actually watch any of the movie.
I frequented that theater from 78 till 85. Early 86 I went to Germany and never went back there again.
For me it would have mainly been around '83-84, some in '85-86. I think they stopped doing midnight shows sometime around then. It wasn't my theater of choice, but not that many theaters did the midnight shows. Doraville, Perimeter, Northlake, and Stone Mountain were the main options. Rocky Horror at Perimeter was a constant and was always packed, and they'd usually have the best selection of sci-fi or other cool movies (I remember seeing Jaws there in '85) so that was the most common one that I hit. There was also a pretty cool drive-in in Chamblee for a long time. After it closed Regal built one of the big mega-plex theaters there.
I will be stopping by periodically thru the evening, see who's being picked. Anyone in the top 8, particularly 5-8, picking promptly will have my gratitude
Cool. We had one year where the internet itself went down for a while right before the start of a mock, so I was wondering if something goofy like that was happening again.
Im still undecided for the Vikings, per usual. So many needs, so little draft capital. I am going to pull a trick out of me sleeves tho.
