It's a reference to being high on Meth(I wasn't). When I counseled teens with substance use disorder for 10+ years, I picked up the vernacular.

 

Hey! Good for you... thats a very noble thing to do. The system/industry/medical field needs more people like you doing good things for the people of addiction, especially the youth. If it wernt for treatment facilities and counselling, I wouldnt be here, period.
