Steelers @ Colts game thread.

This is the last chance to start a winning streak for the Steelers. A loss tonight puts them in full looking to the draft mode.

I don’t know what to think about it. While I want a great draft pick, that isn’t the standard we live by.

 

I think Cowher screwed the pooch. You don’t think Jeff Saturday used his comments as bulletin board material? Thanks Chin for your candor but don’t crap on the train who put you in Canton .

 

I think this is a winnable game. I don't know if that happens but it's possible. It will have to be low scoring with a crucial turnover or two by the Colts. Taylor will get his yards but the Colts are 25th in offense so that could come into play.

Good opening drive. Nice INT by Pierre. Then we get the Canada special, run on 2nd and 15. Then KP gets sacked for a second time on the drive

 

Instead of a FG, lose 12 yards and get a 20 net yard punt

if Harris runs the CB over instead of trying to side step the tackle he might still be going on that play.

Moore is having a shit game so far, holding call 2 sacks allowed and missed the Buckner block on the run.

 

Gilmore is one of the best. McFarland turned him around on his draw. And yeah, Moore certainly gave up 2 sacks on one drive. The second one he went the wrong way

 

3rd and 14? Short pass to the flats

Very good drive. Pickett is running and passing well.

 

Pickett has real good command of the offense, better vision of the field will come with more games and film study.

 

Defense is concerning, Colts aren’t hitting many but it looks like they have had a few shots. And minkah needs to actually wrap up on his tackles
