Steelers @ Eagles game thread

Seems like a long shot. Eagles are riding high and we haven’t won in Philadelphia since I was a child. I’m 58 and can’t remember a Steelers victory there. Let’s enjoy the game and hope Pickett shows something above what he’s done so far. Defense needs to step up again and just win one for the gipper.

 

We need to fly like an eagle to win this game.

 

Good start for the offense. I’m watching this on sports tracker play by play, on the TD what down was it? The tracker had it as 4-1, but right before that there was a delay of game on the eagles and it was 4-2 on that play. Did they not get an automatic first down on that penalty??

 

Pickett is a right handed QB, is he not?

He threw that TD pass in the 1st qtr with his LEFT hand.

I’m not watching, just listening to the broadcast, and it sounds like the Eagles are just toying with the Steelers. Minkah dropped a INT, gave up a TD, and AJ Brown has caught 3 TDs all over 20 yards

 

Also sounds like Pickett is taking a beating

 

Pickett is under some serious pressure, our oline looks useless in this game. We were attempting a FG on that fourth down . The penalty was half the distance. So the Steelers went for the TD and ran a reverse with claypool throwing the pass to Watt. Steelroc

 

It appears our secondary stayed In Pittsburgh!!!

 

Was that fumble on the OL or did Picket hold on to it too long??

Are you guys guessing or did you actually see the play?

 

Saw the play. Pickett got chased down from behind while rolling to his right. There was a reason he had to roll out.

 

So he was chased out of the pocket, then fumbled on the tackle.
