I suppose you have something insulting to say huh?

Well never you mind ...I know a LOT about football after 14 seasons.

Just don't ask me to name any of the positions. I haven't got that quite figured out yet.

Would be totally out of character for me. My mom taught me if you don’t have anything nice to say, shut your fucking mouth.

Kettle Valley Railway is a SPECTACULAR Bike ride....over trestles, through tunnels and you ride through Wine Country so you can stop for lunch and refreshments ......Lot of FUN.

I'm going after SCS this year in Babys Pick-em.......my plan is to beat him and make him cry......lol

Go Titans Go.....I'm really liking Malik Willis and pretty sure Coach Vrabel will pull Tannehill if he sputters.

    Welcome back Vancouver Vols!

I lived in the Okanagan once, in between Vernon and Kelowna, a little spit of a place called Oyama. Beautiful country, especially kayaking on Lake Kalamalka!

  10. Cool.........Oyama is a beautiful little town between Woods Lake and Lake Kalamaka.....not sure if you remember but the Fire Hall in Oyama is still operating.....and it is very old.

Lake Kalamaka means "Lake of many Colours" and it's Spectacular to water ski on....and if you remember the CN Rail Line which travelled along the lake shore......it is now a Bike/Hike trail and very popular and really nice to walk .....It's called the Rail Trail and it goes to Coldstream and they want to increase it too Salmon Arm.....which I think would be the largest Trail.

That's insane! That is a really long trail if they do change it.

I think Oyama was very different when I was there. I was 19 years old in 1976 when I took my dog out on a train there, from Ontario. It was 3 days and 2 nights of train travelling through the mountains, jumping out at every stop to take my dog for a walk and finally landing in Salmon Arm at 2:30 am. I lived in a remote log cabin that my Uncle had built on rented land, right above a cherry orchard and across the road from Lake Kalamalka. He was a naturalist and spent all of his time naked. That was pretty weird. He took off the day after I arrived and didn't leave any food in the cabin so I hitchhiked all over the place and did a bunch of grocery shop-lifting. I remember getting a ride on my way back from Vernon by a couple of drunk indigenous men who told me that they had their dead brother's body in the trunk. That was also weird .. LOL I used to cruise through the fruit orchards with my dog at night picking enough fruit to help me get through the next day.

Have you heard of Ogopogo (Naitaka)? He was the lake monster of Kalamalka Lake. I remember that they used to sell milk cartons with a cartoon of the monster on them. He was first sighted in 1872 by a pioneer woman. There are still sightings happening these days. I used to kayak across Kalamalka, hoping to see him and I found a little cove with white sand and spent a lot of time there in the sun.

I'm hoping to get out there on the bikes soon, I have a lot of history out in the Okanagan and I'd like to see it all again.
