I can't bring myself to fly the Browns colors in my avatar, but I also can't immerse myself in another team.. These are difficult times. This may be harder than 1-31...
Since you threw in Pickett.. How about we discuss where the Browns drop to with Jacoby Brissett as the starter... OUCH!
Couple of interesting ones in here, honestly... 1. Trubisky... who I think wins the job in Pittsbugh should rank no worse than 10 (ahead of Matt Ryan). 2. Mayfield... who's not listed, but when healthy is at least on par with David Carr, so... #9 at worst? Interesting the Browns went through ALL this offseason drama and spent an NFL historic $230 million to score +2 overall in the rank. 3. Brissett... the Browns' starter for the first few games of 2022 until they decide to trade Kareem Hunt and a pair of two's to San Fran for Jimmy G. I disagree overall with CBS's rankings as Tua should be the 16 ranked QB and I would put Brissett one spot above him.
Take a look at the NFC Picture: Baker would be #5 at worst -- I think Stafford is probably a bit high and would definitely go Brady, Rodgers, Prescott. Jimmy Garoppolo (who I'm not a big fan of) should probably be at #7? NFC is such a down conference right now and obviously a big part of that starts with the QB position. *Edit: fixed my butchering of Jimmy Garoppolo's name.
The NFC is top heavy on QBs. There’s only 4 teams anyone would pick as SB representative favorites. Packers Bucs Rams 49ers Maybe Cowboys
