We'll also keep using this thread for making your entries for the Draft Value Challenge games. Reminder... it's picks 60-69 for the regular one and picks 1 through 20 of round 5 for the Iron Man one. So to make it easy to list your choices, all you have to do is say Rise and list the numbers for the risers, and do the same for the fallers. My "big board" isn't as big this year. The depth just isn't there IMO. By that I mean there are less "draftable" grades. I felt great with my drafts as my lists stayed in tact but it could have been a disaster. This could be the year with way more surprises after the first 4/5 rounds. If we each predicted 100 guys that would go at the end of the draft we could all miss like half of them with none of the lists looking all too similar because it's going to be a lot more varied on opinions on who is draftable or grabbed that would normally be a UDFA.
I think this was a good year for me not to make a "big board". I'm still getting a handle on how I feel about this year's draft class compared to other years, but the back end seems weaker than most years for sure.

Ok, just got the laptop out and set up at the gas station/restaurant/hell hole and I'm almost ready to roll. Nothing like completing some mock picks and the yearly 3 piece in perfectly ideal conditions. lol
The one year where I really remember HATING the draft class as a whole was 2009. There was one staffer at CBS in those days who did a lot of programs to identify potential writers for the site. I don't remember his name, but he used a pic of Hunter S. Thompson as his avatar, so I automatically liked him. In an essay for one of his contests, I said 2009 felt more like 1969 and I was burning my draft cards. In one mock that year I did my best to trade away all the picks for veteran players and for future picks. Belichick did the same thing in real life in 2007.
