Yeah, for future drafts we'll need to should do more frequent reminders to post the actual picks when you post the announcement of the trade when it becomes official. The other confusing factor earlier today was that the three trades being thrown around openly were negotiations and tentative trades - eg if your guy is still there when my 7-21 pick is up, I'll take the trade etc. At that stage it's just as well that the messages did NOT have all the details involved, because if things got mixed up and someone entered it into the spreadsheet early, it would be more of a pain to go back and sort it out. And as it turned out, only one of the three trades ended up actually happening. But as far as the mechanics go, I do think the no-approval thing works.
