I looked at the highlights of Garrett Wilson he would be a nice complement to Justin Jefferson and give Capt Kirk another target luv the pick

The Vikings are not expected to exercise the fifth-year option on center Garrett Bradbury‘s contract, Chris Tomasson of the Pioneer-Press reports. That news does not come as a surprise.

The fifth-year option for Bradbury would cost the Vikings $13.202 million for 2023.

Bradbury, 26, was the 18th overall choice in 2019.

He has started 45 of a possible 49 games in his three seasons, missing four games in 2021.

Bradbury sat out two games last season after testing positive for COVID-19 before returning as the backup to Mason Cole. An injury to rookie left tackle Christian Darrisaw forced the Vikings to shuffle their offensive line, and Bradbury got his job back when Cole shifted to right guard.

Teams have until May 2 to make a final decision about whether to exercise the fifth-year option on the contracts of first-round draft choices in 2019.

I just don't understand why the Vikings won't try Kyle Hinton at center maybe draft a center in the 4th or 5th round

Here are Minnesota's eight current selections in the 2022 NFL Draft:

    Round 1 (No. 12 overall)

    Round 2 (No. 46 overall)

    Round 3 (No. 77 overall)

Round 5 (from Baltimore ... No. 156 overall)

    Round 6 (No. 184 overall)

Round 6 (from Kansas City ... No. 191 overall)

Round 6 (from New York Jets ... No. 192 overall)

Round 7 (from Denver ... No. 250 overall)

The Vikings traded their 2022 fourth-round pick to the Jets for tight end Chris Herndon, and received a sixth-round pick from New York in the September trade.

The Vikings received a fifth-round pick from the Ravens in a September 2021 trade that sent defensive end Yannick Ngakoue to Baltimore.

Minnesota sent a fifth-round pick to Jacksonville when it acquired Ngakoue in August of 2021.

The Vikings received a sixth-round pick from the Chiefs in a May 2021 trade that sent cornerback Mike Hughes to Kansas City. Minnesota also traded its own seventh-round pick to Kansas City in the deal.

The Vikings received a seventh-round pick from the Broncos in an October trade that sent defensive end Stephen Weatherly to Denver.

The Vikings selected Georgia safety Lewis Cine with the 32nd overall pick of the draft...

The Minnesota Vikings drafted Georgia safety Lewis Cine with the No. 32 overall pick and final selection of the first round in the 2022 NFL draft on Thursday night. He becomes the fifth defender out of Georgia to be selected in the first round of this year's draft. Like the pick before him at No. 31 to the Cincinnati Bengals, Cine is slight of frame for a safety at 6-foot-2, 199 pounds, but he ran an impressive 4.37-second 40-yard dash at the combine in February. He could stand to bulk up a bit, because he's already very explosive and has the pursuit and tackling ability to come up and defend the run, if necessary. Cine was named MVP of the National Championship game last year and had 73 tackles, 10 passes defensed and one interception overall in 2021. The ferocious and hard-hitting safety has the tackling ability to become fantasy relevant in IDP leagues quickly.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller

The Cine pick, im my opinion, is ok... not great, but ok. Here is what I like in this situation tho...The Lions sent the 32nd, 34th and 66th overall picks to the Vikings in exchange for the 12th (used on Alabama WR Jameson Williams) and 46th overall selections this year., but this isnt the worlds greatest group of prospects either.

Is KWESI and KOC are they trying to make the Vikings better or worse or are they trying to make other teams in there div better, the trading back just left me confused the Vikings traded with Packers so Aaron Rodgers got his wr thanks to the Vikings and the Lions got Jamson Williams thanks to the Vikings
