We've done things like that before. Experimented a lot with getting more picks in or enlarging then shrinking the windows. Problem is whenever you think you found the formula the next year people start being active at different times anyways lol.
That was one of the 2 guys I was torn between. Easy pick coming now. Was not afraid to double dip at CB for him.
I had him on my trigger list since sometime yesterday. I also remember you being a Huskers fan, so I thought he might be on your radar.
Yes and no. Anybody in the first half of the draft won't really be missed as they are expected to be known by everyone and I wasn't going to give preferential treatment with bias lol. But both the highly ranked prospects from Nebraska are looking really good though. The other being Cameron Jurgens at center.
I honestly hadn't decided on my pick before you picked. They were both my BPA and "need" (although one is a double dip) so I figured there was a decent chance you'd take one and I wouldn't have to think lol.
We had one year (before comp picks could be traded) where I had a seven man list with only eight picks ahead of me, nearly all comp picks so I couldn't trade up - and all seven names got taken.
To be honest, I got sniped just one time so far and that is quite unusual in my experience. Ive been pretty fortunate in addressing team needs, having a good prospect, without just going BPA.
I honestly haven't been sniped yet. I always let ity be known if that happens. But the picks have been very solid this round, that's really what I meant.
You shouldn't have a long wait @RTTRUTH...turf_toe getting ready now, and I sorta have an idea on my pick right after....
I've noticed that for the entire draft. We have good GMs and everyone's picks have been solid and made sense... ... which might mean this is an unrealistic mock.
