Just to keep everyone up to speed on the game plan.... I'm hoping to kick this off with the first 8 picks on Thursday evening. That way the rest of rounds 1-2 will fit in on Friday / Saturday and all of round 3 will take place on Sunday. Obviously to fit in the entire draft before the real thing, we're having to cut back the times on the later rounds. Lyman worked it out that we would have had to start today to fit in the whole draft at 30 minutes per pick. So I'm aiming for 30 minutes for rounds 1/2, 20 minutes for round 3, and 15 minutes for rounds 4-7. On the plus side, going with 15 minutes for the later rounds means we don't have to go 8am to midnight every day. We can do 9am - 11pm ET instead, with the first 8 picks kicking things off from 6pm - 10pm on Thursday.

I'm thinking we probably need 3 more participants (or more) to make this fly, so that we don't end up having a whole bunch of us taking entire divisions. I just posted some messages on a few team boards, and I had already sent out several PMs. Some of those earlier PMs have been answered today, so I'm optimistic. I'm really hoping a few more of the Steelers fans and some of the Bears fans will make it here and join in.

I suspect between real lfe, a job and trying to put this together in a matter of days, Torgo has a bunch of balls in the air. Don't add another ball for him to juggle. Just give him a team you can rep.
Oh, I'm fine with waiting until the last minute to put in people for teams. We're all waiting and hoping more people can join and take the teams they want. I'm just looking for a head count of how many volunteers we have. But for everyone with just one team, if there happens to be a second team that's open that you actually would LIKE to have, feel free to name it. I'll fill in the rest early tomorrow afternoon so that everyone can have a full day or two to get ready (only 8 picks on Thursday).
@Torgo Put me down for either the Ravens or Bears, it will be fun to Fuck Up their teams and listen to them whine about how bad I did, when they weren't willing to step up and do it themselves despite the large number of fans on this site. I can take the heat.
