This is my nephew's track. After so many years of travelling around the world with his guitar he's finally recording his music. I'm so beyond proud of him and for being a part of his musical journey over the last 25 years.

 

I love the song but I especially love the lyrics.

Tyler Bryant and Shakedown out of Nashville. One of the guitarists in the band Graham Whitford is the son of Aerosmith's guitarist Brad Whitford.

 

That's SO interesting. Music genius is definitely passed down through generations.

 

But Tyler is the genius behind this band. Graham no doubt is a talented guitarist, but Tyler and his wife wrote this song.
The rather simple yet defiant hook in the song grabs you and doesn't let you go.

Staying busy with K9s, not watching the news, and not getting pissed off or upset about it. I'm in a very good place because of it.

This guys style reminds me a lot of Alvin Lee. He kind of looks like a young Alvin Lee.

 

I'm the same about not watching the news. It drags me down so hard and even when my husband talks to me about news that he's listened to I want to scream.
