It looks like there isn’t much of a FA market at center either. Ryan Jensen seems like the top center which would be great but I think he’ll be re-signed.

I was watching some highlights of Malik Willis and he would be a great QB to get to watch his first season then take over his second season. Looks like he is very accurate and has a cannon for a arm. He’s like Lamar Jackson on steroids.

Point is Murray and Hurts were eliminated last weekend rather easily. Lamar Jackson is 1-3 in the playoffs. Give me a big frame pocket passer that can run when he has to: Mahomes, Allen, not one who rushes for 1000 yards per season, “dual threat”

 

Malik didn’t run a lot in college. He only had 300+ yards in two seasons. He did have twenty seven TD rushes

This is not the year to be missing 2 rounds of draft picks. What’s your take on MUMA? Is he more of a thumper or can he actually cover as well? Butler says he’s not sure if Tuitt is playing next season. I’m all for a WR but we need one that can blow the top off of coverage. Also heard we might get just a 4th for Dupree because of all the time he missed this season.

 

Najee wants Watson, Rodgers, or Garappalo as the next QB or at least they are his wish list. You have to wonder about anyone who puts Watson on their list. Scary how many Steelers fans ive seen on other sites wanting Watson as well.

 

I don’t believe that the Steelers would trade for Watson. But I would be alright with him. What he is accused of is a lot less than what Ben was accused of, even if he is accused a lot more times. Exposing yourself can never be compared with forcing a woman to have sex with you.

Butler retired. Tuitt they better know by draft day where he is physically and mentally. You cut him probably save a ton of cap. He’s very popular amongst players but at some point you gotta be a business . Colbert is stepping down too after the draft. I’d take 2 DL if Tuitt is done in Pittsburgh.

 

Anyone watch the NFLPA game yesterday? I recorded it, started watching it but didn’t finish. Garber seemed like he did well, can run/scramble.

The Steelers really seem to be interested in a QB , namely Willis and Picket. I think Tomlin really wants Willis, but he is probably a top ten pick as Picket will probably go in the top ten. So if they really want a QB they will have to trade up. The rest aren’t worth a third rd pick let alone trading extra picks for.

 

I’ll say this now. Sam Howell will be the best QB from this class.

 

why is that??

 

Everything little thing I see with Howell is what I saw in Josh Allen 4 years ago. Landing spot is definitely key, as with any QB. He has great arm strength, mobile, can see the entire field, and developed a lot of grit this year after losing a ton to the ‘21 draft.

 

So if we draft Howell do we also resign Bell ? You know Bell & Howell
