For me, has to be the 2014 meltdown to the Seahawks. I've told this story, but my buddy and I had a bet on this game, I bet on the Packers, my logic being that I would pay money to see them lose. We get into the 4th quarter, my buddy calls me and says, "Dude, lets just call off the bet, this isn't fun". I say yes and boom, the turnaround happens right there. Never again betting on a Packers game. Last night's game is a solid #2 though. I honestly believed that they were going to the big game. As one of the Packers reporters said earlier this season, "it just feels different, they haven't had the game where they blow up against big competition". That's true, the beat both the Cardinals and Rams who were both solid teams (though I guess in hindsight, the game they lost to a good team was the Chiefs, it's just at the time the Chiefs were inconsistent.) But much, much more than this, winning solves all ills, so for the Packers to get bounced in their first game makes is that much more likely that Rodgers is gone. If Rodgers leaves over this game? It becomes #1.
For those who missed it, Erin's last throw. Totally ignoring a wide open Lazard because he was so locked in on Davante.
For me it's the Seahawks meltdown. Watching the Packers get a taste of their own medicine with stars aligning and things not going their way with so much on the line was great. In that Twitter threat it's shown how Rodgers did the same thing the play before that one too. It's awesome seeing Rodgers basically do what bears QBs always do. Would have been icing bon the cake if that 2nd down throw resulted in a pick 6 as it was a step or two away from it.
Secret Base just did a deep rewind of that meltdown. Good watch. That series is also really good if you haven't seen them. This one isn't as good as usual but rewatching that collapse is great.
“There’s a lot of people tuning in rooting against us for one reason and one reason only, and it’s obviously my vaccination status,” Rodgers said, via Ryan Wood of USA Today. Someone needs to tell him No they cheer against you because you're an asshole
What a dumb fuck he is. It isn't at all about his vaccination status, but the fact that he lied about that status. Spot on blang, what is obvious is the hate only intensified with this lie.
Well let’s be honest…if it has words with more than two syllables you’re gonna struggle reading it and find yourself constantly asking your MomAunt what the words mean.
