I hadn't sat down to really consider how to go about doing it, but I was on the same page. If Pace had stayed, all my Bears stuff would've been put in the closet, blocked all news related to them, etc. I would've just been over it.

I'm still waiting until the official announcement. But if Nagy, Pace, and Phillips are all gone - never touching football operations again - I will take the day off and go do something stupid. Because I have no idea how else to react. Will be a day on par with my wedding.

 

That was my first thought. Then I had to wonder, "Why is he gone?". If there's nothing scandalous behind it... yeah, interview him. I would make sure his plan for Fields is solid, but otherwise, wouldn't argue with it at all.
