So we all know at this point that Nagy doesn’t get the benefit of the doubt. Can’t believe he saw the light, more so had Pace/sweaty Teddy beat him till he saw the light/stars. it’s all his ego. Any system that requires perfect play out of 11 guys every down is not much of a system. I mean, objectively looking at this, this isn't an offense that is middle of the pack or something that shows spurts of life, this is one of the WORST offenses in the league over the last 3 years. Just because it works in KC with the obscene talent level there, doesn't mean it's going to work somewhere else where the talent is different. You think Andy Reid would pull this crap on the Bears? Hoge and Jahns went on an apology tour in the last pod I listened to, saying Nagy was a good HC, if maybe he would just let someone else call plays. But this arrogance, and as tuna points out, he says it all goes through him, this arrogance is what makes him NOT a good HC. Adapt to the players you have, not the players you wish you had. How about adding control to the players you have? Or would this cut against the grain of his "BeYou" mentality?
