@Badd_Man1 and @Willie , if you got a minute, I have a couple questions I'd like to get you twos thoughts on -

    1. Kirk Cousins has played really well to start the 2021 season. Do you think the conversation should begin shifting to "have the Vikings not been good enough during Kirk's time here?"
    2. Would you put Dalvin Cook on the trading block today?
    3. What is your biggest surprise, both good and bad, on the roster this season?
    4. If you're running the defense, how would you game plan to play the Browns this weekend?
    5. Do you believe it's time to move on from Mike Zimmer?

I think your on to something. Kirk has weapons that are dependable and its showing, but Kirk, in my opinion, has also shown signs of maturation under this system. He is a quick learner and can make adjustments... take game one vs the Bengals; Cousins was clearly in multiple occasions, hanging on to the football too long in an attempt to make the perfect play. Now, just a couple games later vs Seattle, I thought he zinged the ball a lot quicker and trusted his receivers to be on the right route. It was amazing how well Thielen would be open and if he wasnt, Cousins was able to check-down quicker and hit a wide open Conklin on multiple occasions.

Last season coming down the stretch Cousins was great also, so I think personally this 'good' Cousins has been there for a while and everyone else is stepping up to the task.

Zimmer said after the Seattle win, it was the best offensive performance he has seen in Minnesota since he was hired. Kirk is playing with great confidence also.

Im a huge fan of him, but the question about the contract still remains; Is he worth it? can he win the 'primetime' game and can he run deep come playoffs time?

Nope. In a word, lol, nope.

Todays NFL almost every team must have 2 premier RB's and I bet Minnesota is glad they do. Mattison is a great compliment to a great RB1 and with the 17 game season and injuries, I want all the depth at that position as I can get.

the Good - Offensive line play... they have been really good together and if they stay healthy they will dominate the line of scrimmage throughout the 2021 campaign.

the Bad - Secondary and run-stop are still a concern of mine although they have shown positive progression as the season builds.

Crowd the line and stuff the box. No way can Hunt and Chubb go off and do as they please. The Vikings must stop the run. Front for rush/pressure on the Baker is also a must. But ultimately, the best defense would be ball control by the offnse to keep the Browns off the field. ;)

Not yet, but this is the prove it or lose it season in my book. Anything short of the SB and I would consider replacing him asap. Average to good is getting old on this talented team, greatness is due!

Capt Kirk can be confusing at times having a piss poor ass O-line didn't help it just left me at times saying WTF but Capt Kirk did play very well and no I would not trade Dalvin Cook that's good question,Defense against the Browns it's all about D-line pressure cause the Vikings defensive backfield is BAD and making Baker Mayfield very uncomfortable in the pocket stopping Chubb and Hunt will be tough name is here is pressure, and Mike Zimmer has had time it's a prove to me year just getting tired of the same old same old and no SB IMO he's got to go
