Just some fyis about the draft the guy drafting from the #1 slot kept 3 qbs among his 8 with them being Josh Allen, Jordan Love, and Jalen Hurts he then added Fields during his draft. He used his number 1 pick on Kyle Pitts later adding 2 more tight ends in the draft. He was live picking maybe his strategy will work out but to me it was just an odd way to go.

I have 1 draft tonight and 1 more tomorrow. In case someone wonders sometimes what makes a draft descion for me is if I have a player on other teams. I try to draft some players multiple times to simplyfy keeping up with who I have. It als makes it easier to cheeer for the player when he is only going for me rather than for and against. Last year I both benifited from and suffered from the above mentioned Kamara game.

 

Did you get him if so you are right you now have the lead back. Damn edwards injury is costing me in multiple leagues.

 

Cowboys put up 29 points and I (BOMBERS) get 3 whole points from Zeke. Sigh...

 

I had good nights out of Dak and Ceedee, and not so good out of Mike Evans...I'll take it.

NFL certainly got what they wanted. Great game.

 

I got Ty'Son in 2 of my leagues. If he winds up being this years' "James Robinson", that would be cool.

My only problem is a good one to have. Lot's of depth at RB...Might not get him in this week, but i'll be very interested to see how he does Monday night.

 

Was also able to get Ty'Son Williams to replace Edwards... Will be watching this one closely for multiple reasons as BAL also has Bell and Murray on the roster... And depth at RB is great until you don't have enough spots for all of them.

DAK maxed out all the bonus points (9) available for QB's in my league last night. As long as he stays healthy I'll take the 35-40pts / week at the SFlex position
Side note... One guy left both Lamb and Gronk on his bench(50pts)...

 

Managed to grab Ty'Son in a few and Bell in some others. Holding in one league as it will not let me place Edwards on ir yet

 

Okay guru's, watcha got?

I have Chubb and Taylor locked in as starting RB's. One spot available, who should I roll with; Singletary, Gaskin, E. Mitchell or Tyson Williams?

 

Roll the dice and go with either Williams or Mitchell

 

Yeah I would probably go Williams…clear lead back on a run-heavy team against a D that isn’t great against the run. Only real concern is if the KC offense goes off early and they have to abandon the run. If that worries you Mitchell is a nice alternative…assuming Shanny doesn’t Shanny and just feed the ball to Sermon or some shit.

 

Just some quick notes before my trusted order list
Ravens activated Freeman this week and despite being the lead backs last week Williams only had two more carries than murray. The question is will freeman steal carries from williams, murray, both or niether? I believe the also have some injury issues on the o line this week.

Gaskins is going up agaisnt the Bills who have a stout run defense

Mitchell looked good last week the only scary thing could being that he is a running back for the 49ers and sometimes they get little hinkey with their rbs.

Singletray did well vs the Steelers D and faces a much better match up this week. Last weeks surprise descion to not dress moss might mean the bills are more willing to go one back this season rather than by committie (or it could mean nothing).

So all that means what? Just means in terms of trust this is my order for the 4
1. Mitchell (im trusting shannhan wont f it up)
2. Singletary
3. Williams (worried 1 that this game gets put of hand quick and 2 that the ravens will start to be more rbbc than single guy)
4. Gaskins

 

Appreciate the input...I agree with all three of you, and I'm still not sure wth I'm going to do. lol!

FWIW, I was leaning toward Eli Mitchell because I think he has the highest ceiling, though just as Underdog and jeanquev mentioned, the concerns about Shanny messing up the works with the 49ers backfield are real. Tyson Williams figures to be in the highest scoring game, but if Baltimore gets behind, will he even be on the field after his shaky pass protection in week 1? Whereas Gaskin and Singletary seem like the safer picks, between the two, it's pretty much a coin-flip. I should have mentioned that it is a PPR league, and that boosts the stock of Gaskin a little bit IMO.... Ahhhh Idk... decisions, decisions. smh...

This might be one of those weeks where I go with the tried and true method of letting my daughter draw a name from a hat...
