I'm guessing that just to be a smart ass, the guy climbed inside the mouth, just to see if he could and (oppps) out pops the phone. And the rest is history. Idiot !!!
BROADVIEW HEIGHTS, Ohio Drunken driving, Avery Road: On June 2, police observed a weaving silver Toyota Avalon speeding and slowing down on Avery Road. The Toyota ended up pulling into an Avery Road address The officer approached the Brecksville woman, who wasn’t wearing a seatbelt and she rolled down the driver’s side rear window before finally getting it right. When asked if she lived at the Avery Road home, the woman said no but she knew the officer was going to pull her over. The driver, who was tanked, also said she knew her rights and she didn’t have to speak to the officer or identify herself. She then asked the officer to “follow her home to make sure I got there safely.” The woman then exited the vehicle and attempted to walk past the officer, who arrested her. It turned out the driver had a warrant and a suspended license. When asked if she would take a field sobriety test, the woman said she hadn’t been driving, therefore she refused The woman was charged with drunken driving, weaving, speeding, no seat belt and driving with a suspended license. Also, the entire incident took place with the Toyota’s owner in the passenger seat.
I see that 4 of you like my post. I'm left to wonder,,,,, Have any of you been there? I have! Damn good advice right there!!
Now THAT is a dumbass!! I hope this guy was arrested. Shaming him on social media isn't enough, as this is probably all he cares about. Too many people do what ever it takes to get noticed these days, it doesn't have to be a positive notice.
Morning Irish. From what I've read, the cops/authorities are searching for the idiot. Not sure what kind of charges could be filed. What do they hit fans with for running out on the field during a game....trespassing, endangering the athletes safety?
I'm not sure about the laws in France. It could be as low as a fine to as much as assault, by inciting a major injury related incident. Hard to say.
Update on the Tour de France idiot: Spectator who caused massive crash at Tour de France missing after fleeing the country A spectator at the Tour de France who caused a massive crash involving dozens of cyclists is missing as race authorities plan to sue her. Tour de France deputy director Pierre-Yves Thouault told AFP news agency they plan to sue the woman "so that the tiny minority of people who do this don't spoil the show for everyone. " However, French publication Ouest-France reported the woman, who is believed to be German, got on a flight and is untraceable, according to CBS Sports. Video shows the woman, who held a long banner on the sidelines of the race, stick the banner out a little too far, causing German cyclist Tony Martin to bike right into it. Martin fell, setting off a domino effect for competitors as cyclists behind him also fell. The sign was a hello message for the woman's grandparents, CBS Sports reports. She appeared to hold the sign out so it was in the view of cameras – but it blocked part of the road.
They got her! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- BFM Television and RTL both reported, citing police sources, that the woman is in custody. The woman has been accused of involuntarily causing injury and faces a more than $1,700 fine, according to Cycling News.
Yeah shes getting slammed for being an idiot but hey maybe you should keep the fans from being so close to the road to begin with.
I'm not sure it's as much about fencing as it is patrols. In the past, I have always seen a lot of motor vehicles, whether car or motorcycle, that lead the packs accordingly. There only seemed to be one camera motorcycle from the angles in the clip. Nothing is going to be fool proof... This was certainly a fool that stepped into the road on this day... Similar to:
