I have to say the thing annoying me most this year is how much they’re talking about this Davis Mills selection. Two other teams took quarterbacks in that round and they didn’t say shit, but they haven’t stopped talking about Mills since. It’s as though Houston was just going to sit still and possibly have zero quarterbacks. Like it’s not Houston saying we hate you Watson, so we’re going to replace you. They may have zero say in the matter and he could go to jail for a number of years at the rate this thing is accelerating. So what do these analysts think they’re just going to ignore that situation. They’re acting like the pick is insulting to him, but it’s just insurance. Nothing more nothing less. It’s a GM doing his job. Not worth 10% the conversation they’ve had about it
I could easily be wrong but part of me thinks they might go back to back wide receiver here. Like DJ said it’s their biggest need, and their depth chart isn’t great even after selecting St Brown
