It depends on who you like. I feel the same could be said for both. Do you like Campbell, Robinson, Samuel, Joseph? At DE you can pick around the same names.
Some names are gonna be available tomorrow. 2 33 Jacksonville Jaguars 2 34 New York Jets 2 35 Atlanta Falcons 2 36 Miami Dolphins 2 37 Philadelphia Eagles
@Tim or anyone else that cares to comment... So James Robinson had a pretty impressive year last year as a rookie in JAX. What do you make of the fact the Jags felt the need to invest a 1st rounder in Etienne??
That they understand he can't be the only guy. It's going to be a committee on who can take the lead role if there even is one but Robinson alone was a disaster. I'm a bit surprised they went so early but I guess they saw what Cincinnati and Philly did and wanted to do a QB reunion.
I hope that Urban drafts exclusively RB's the rest of this draft and "retires" before the season is over. Oh, did I say that out loud? Whoops.
That Urban is going to put a premium on upgrading athletically at any position he can if the opportunity presents itself. That’s likely a timeshare backfield from day one.
This is certainly supported by his coaching history. Urban is used to having the most athletic talent on the field, and having them just do what they're good at. Drafting a guy like Etienne feels very much in his wheelhouse. I'd be very surprised if they don't take more shots at athletically gifted role players for that offense in this draft. Edit: I said the above seriously, but since I didn't actually say anything bad about Meyer... He can lick my taint.
