It's been a rough couple days. My neck and shoulders are killing me and nothing is making it better so I am sleeping more. Now my aunt is being put under because she caught Covid at an open house for work and has bad pneumonia.

Those type of drugs aren't helping much. I've got muscle relaxers too and I don't see a difference. Shoulder massage machine and heat pad help some but I gotta use them for hours straight.
