Glad I could do him justice then. I didn't even think of the Georgia connection with him. But he actually just left me positions to target. He didn't leave one name.
Ya that's what I figured considering what he just said to me. I thought maybe there were a couple names but apparently not lol. Gid was one reason I tried to trade up for a Georgia player.
Bit of a catch-22 when guys leave me positions to target. I LOVE it when people leave lists or even instructions. The downside is that when targeting positions you're often forced to snipe yourself. I might love Lecounte, but if I'm being fair I take him as the BPA at a position I'm instructed to look at.
Glad you finally took him off the board. I've had to consider him so many times, but just keep going other directions. I'm tired of waffling on him
Didn't put a whole world of thought into those two. Nick Caserio is from the Belichick tree, so I was thinking versatility. Koonce is pretty athletic, a developmental rusher with some natural bend. Jaimes has played several positions along the line and I'm guessing Caserio will always prioritize his OL, much like Belichick hasn't been shy doing.
Those are fine picks. Koonce was on a couple short lists. Jaimes was considered for later but probably wouldn't make it to the 7th.
In reality, I think the Browns have more interest, but after he got sniped on Shelvin, ii wanted to make sure I at least address interior DL
Joe Borrow has the potential to just outscore teams, protect him and give him the weapons and they can be competitive in the next year or two. Defense can be addressed in two ways, solid late picks like our new CB, very Revis like, just needs the Revis Discipline, and Free Agency with older experienced players who still have a couple years but will take lower cap hits to play.
