Shelvin is a bit bigger than GB tends to look at. But in a division with Dalvin Cook, and this late in the draft, making the exception makes a lot of sense IMO. They can use more of the Rams method for run stuffing. Rams have deployed Brockers frequently in a manner I think Shelvin could be used. Both LSU alums too, go figure.

Speaking of guys who tape doesn't come easy on. I still don't know what to make of him. And I'm willing to wager his projections might vary wider than maybe anyone projected to be drafted right now. I've seen him at 40, seen him undrafted. I have no idea.

Guessing this has very little to do with Philly having a target here, and much more to do with Joe wanting, for whatever particular reason, to own the "Mr. Irrelevant" pick.

 

More of the pick. Mr. Irrelevant makes it more like a 3 for 1 trade so it's fair to Will. But it was a nice bonus.

 

Yeah if I'm being honest I don't love this move by Will. In this case you're repping the Superbowl champion Buccs. They don't have enough roster holes to need an extra selection this bad. Your best option at 5.32 is probably worth more to the team than any 3 remaining selections.
