I’m going to start repeating myself, but now that there’s so many media outlets trying to have experts covering the draft, as I’ve said before the projections are just all over the place. I’ve already been surprised a few times and we aren’t even 10 picks into the second round. It appears the “experts“ just don’t agree on where all these players deserve to be taken. Even Kelvin Joseph whom I took, it’s conceivable he could go much further back in the draft. I don’t know the full story with his transfer from LSU to Kentucky. Was it character related? I couldn’t say. But being an LSU prospect you know he’s athletic. Edit: And it occurs to me early in this mock that what I like about consistent projections is being able at least to predict somewhat when you people will snipe me LMAO. I don’t have that luxury this year
Someday I'll share how I put my personnal draft board together. Typically, it ends up with well over 500 players on it. In years past, there were always a couple players selected (normally in the later rounds) that weren't on my board. This year - I've already had two. Both in the 2nd Round. And both from Kentucky.
I'm on. Guy I wanted for SF is on the board still but I'm open for trades while I make sure I don't want anyone else.
If Carman was gone I was taking Basham, because all the other OLs I would have had as a backup for Carman went lol.
Honestly my time has been so limited this year I am depending more on other people's takes than having fully fleshed out opinions on prospects. I sort of hate it lol.
I hear you Xinik. I got off to a really hot start scouting. But hit a wall with some family stuff and lack of available tape (especially CBs). Been hard to hit the ground running again. Just not enough energetic hours in the day.
