My Sunday's menu includes:

A beautiful heavy live edge Charcuterie Board filled with a variety of aged hard and soft cheeses, French smoked meats, German sausages, fruit, Spanish olives and crackers.
Baked Brie with homemade Hot Pepper Jelly
Homemade Spicy Minestrone with home made french baguette
Lots of apple cider vinegar, organic honey and water.

Something along these lines. I'm not doing it this year but I make a mean chili relleno. My sister in law makes enchiladas. Refried beans and spanish rice on the side. Ya, I know. A bunch of white people watching the Super Bowl eating Mexican food. Sound crazy but no one goes home hungery.

I'm almost speechless ...

But not quite. How do you make your Jalapeno poppers and the Hawaiian sliders?

 

Or an asshole.

 

Both are easy.

The sliders are super simple. I make a dijon mustard sauce. Put the bread on a sheet pan and pile on the cheese and ham and then put the tops on and pour the sauce over the bread and throw them in oven for like 20 minutes or so. They are delicious.

The poppers are equally simple....stuff some peppers with cream cheese and I usually toss in some bacon bits as well. Flour...panko....into the oil until golden.
