That's true. I guess I didn't count that game since Pittsburgh rested so many starters. Hell, maybe they should have rested a few for this game

That was the last time the Browns won a road playoff game.

It was also the year I married my 1st (late) wife and enlisted in the U.S. Air Force.

 

Im 52 years old...That was the 5th postseason game I've seen the Browns win.

My wife coming to get my in Cleveland after I've been running all night...

 

I want to be gracious in victory here. They haven't beaten the Steelers in Heinz Field in 17 seasons. The Browns haven't been to the post season in 18 seasons. They haven't won a post-season game since 1994. The magnitude of this win for the Browns - especially considering all the circumstances with injuries, Covid, etc. ... this was the biggest win in Browns franchise history (from at least the merger on). I'm also aware that it's been a long, long time since we can say something like that.

Hopeful this is the start of something sustained and successful and not a flash-in-the-pan. I don't believe it to be, but I'm not going to run around chest-thumping just yet.

Imagine an NFL playoff for the chance to represent the AFC and Baltimore is the opponent. How perfect would that be?

The Browns slayed a mightly dragon last night, beating Pitt in Pitt. After that milestone, it feels like nothing is impossible. Let's go to KC and bring back the old Any Reid, who can't win the big one.

Lots of NFL prosnosticators are eating crow today, and I love it.
