Tell me about it in one league i benched matt ryan last week because he was blowing chunks for weeks last week he went off and thus im playing for 3rd in that one rather than 1st lol. Oddly enough had i played him that would be another league with no karmara i the championship.

Fantasy Football 2020: Expectations vs Reality
    1) ESPN Redraft League
Expected after draft to be a top 5 team and be 1-2 good waiver moves from a serious threat.
Reality-Finished 3rd in Regular Season. Missed the bye week by about 5 points. Eliminated in WC round. Considering I lost both Saquon and Dak to injury I almost have to call this a win, even though I didn’t. Only lost in WC by about 9 points. I had a lot to overcome.

    2) L4SN Dynasty League (FleaFlicker)
Expectation was to win the whole thing. I scored the most points in the league last year and managed to miss the playoffs entirely because I’m in the death division (lost both matches Reg season to LAOJoe by 1 and 2 points). I wanted to avenge that awkward outcome. Started 11-0 despite injuries to CMC and Godwin. Lost last two after having locked up the bye. Squad came through come playoff time though and I did bring home the trophy.

    3) NADL Dynasty League (FleaFlicker)
Expectation was simply to see where my team was at. I inherited a roster two years ago and made some tough calls early on to put my stamp on the roster, so to speak. While I finished 7th of 12 (1 outside playoffs) I feel pretty good about the direction we’re going. Drafted Ceedee Lamb and Justin Herbert last offseason, as well as trading for Brandon Aiyuk midseason. Have my 1st, 2nd, and 4th to work with this off-season.

    4) Too Legit Dynasty Superflex TE-Premium (MyFantasyLeague.com)
Tough to explain. Joined last off-season and took part in my first ever “Dispersal” draft. Existing league where three of the 12 teams kept their rosters in tact. The other nine rosters were put into a dispersal draft, where nine members drafted them as though we were starting the league from scratch. The draft included available draft picks for the next two rookie drafts. Post-draft I felt reasonably good. Expectation was to finish top 5 with a roster that was younger than not and plenty of draft capital. I finished 5th, won my Wildcard matchup, but was eliminated in the Conference Finals, which is a shame because I scored the most points in the league in the final week, unfortunately from the sidelines. I am definitely top two in draft capital heading into this off-season, so the future does look bright as long as I don’t F it all up.

Overall I would have to consider this season a success, because any year you win even one league is probably better than it could’ve been. But also I really didn’t come in under expectations in any league. I’m already prepping for my rookie drafts, LOL

Granted that this was a consolation game (battle for 3rd place), but it was still a matter of $500.....

Here is my opponents line up for this week:

    Aaron Rodgers (benched Josh Allen)
Alvin Kamara - Greatest fantasy football performance of all time:up:
    Gaskin (Miami RB)
DaVante Adams (that was a sic combo with A. Rod)
Beasley (Bills WR) can't wait to see what he does! lol!
    Darren Waller
    David Johnson
    Lutz
defense - IDK...does it really matter?

FTR: Dude beat me with just Kamara and Adams! But he is at 188 points in standard PPR and still has Beasley and Bills kicker tonight!!!

this is my 31st year as commish of this league, and the all time high score is 208.... I'm betting that record gets topped, right on my face.o_O

    Good times.

    10 leagues
    Made playoffs in 6
    Played for championship in 4
Of the 4 i missed the playoffs in I missed badly in 2 the other I was in contention most of the season
    Won the championship in 1
Played for 3rd in 2 (won one of those)

Sadly many of my players decided to take championship week off or turn in average numbers. One league injuries pretty much made my line up choices for me and it did not go well. In that league my opponets combo of Eric Ebron, Tee Higgans, and freaking A.J. Dillon crushed me. Seriously who else out there started Dillon guy should probbably buy a lottery ticket.

Ah yes Willie and I are watching Poyer this game as in NADL I am 6 back with Poyer remaining and already secured the tiebreaker. 3rd time in the 4 seasons it's been around making the finals and still looking for title #1.
I won the points title but not the 1st seed so I am running the gauntlet in the playoffs. Beat the teams with the 4th highest and 2nd highest points totals and Willie has the 3rd highest.

In the L4SN Dynasty league I knew it'd be tough to beat RT but I really wanted to at least make the playoffs and continue the tradition of beating Jason in the playoffs despite it really hurting my draft position. Mission accomplished I guess.

In USDL I was defending my title in the league's 2nd year but I lost in the 1st round to Willie. There were essentially only 4 good teams this year as all the rest finished below 500 and had less points scored than the top 4. I was probably the worst of the 4 and 3 were in my division. The team that got hot though was the one that walked over the other division.

Yeary League - Made the playoffs, won the first round vs my brother and then got stomped by a team that didn't fix their lineup and missed the draft. The champ is going to be someone who is also inactive for the entire playoffs on the other side of the bracket.

Franchise League - Made the playoffs, knocked out in the 1st round by the Champs. At least I pick 7th since the team with a losing record made the finals.

Flockaveli Dynasty League - Defending Champ but knocked out in the 1st round. Top seeds and most points scored in each conference are in the finals.

Marvel vs DC - I have the 2nd best score and am playing the best score in the finals. He passed me for most points in the last week of the season and oddly enough because of tiebreakers and him lsoing to the same team twice in-season he didn't have a bye in his conference. If Josh Allen gets under 51.88 with 4-pt passing TDs I win. So I'm looking good. If it was 6-pt TDs I'd be more worried.

ESPN redraft - I made the playoffs when it looked impossible and I'm the bastard that knocked RT out in the 1st round but then I lost to his brother who won the whole thing. This league has a $60 prize for the highest score in the final week among teams not in the Finals. RT's brother could have the highest score with Josh Allen but he isn't eligible. I started the week with Kamara so it was a great start but I also started Brees so it wasn't a runaway start and I started underachieving in the early afternoon window. However 2 moves saved my week. Last minute I sat Corey Davis fore Russell Gage. Gage did poorly but Davis got a fat 0. And I sat the Seahawks defense and added the Panthers who got 21 points. Those decisions were big and I'm glad I took Kamara at #2 and people thought I was joking when I said I would. Sadly lots of injury issues and some dumb drafting hurt me to make a true run to win it all. So anyways I was up less than a point on the next highest score but then Carolina allowed a garbage time TD and I lost 2 points and my team was done for the day but then that guy had the Eagles D and they allowed Dallas to score a super garbage time TD where a first down was the end of the game and I took the lead back. But then another guy still had Aaron Rodgers and looked to run away with it but then Rodgers slowed down in the 2nd half and threw an INT so I finished ahead of him by less than 1 point as well. There could be stat corrections with points that close but as it stands I got it.

Essay on the last one but boy was it an adventure.

1 point away with Poyer (2 I think as 1 was given in error) and Poyer leaves for a concussion test after hitting Newton with his helmet.

Poyer cleared. But his replacement got the sack in the final 2 minutes of the 1st half. lol

No points in 2nd half and Poyer rested in the 4th in a blowout. Down 1 and will likely lose another point on a correction. Congrats Will, barring a stat correction, you got this.

We'll wait until the official stat corrections on Thursday before we call this one, but it does look like the only correction will likely be Poyer losing 1 point.

That sack by the backup really stings. Poyer got a good shot in the head but at no time did he look dazed or having to shake it off. This week has been full of the worst luck for me. Koo being trash, Thielen and Jefferson getting a huge garbage time drive, Cox hurt, Hopkins doing nothing. Every thing added up for this. Every Time Will looked to have a bad score he gets bailed out late like with those WRs and then Aaron Jones bust out a 59-yard run late. If Butler didn't do well I thought I was done then and there. ONLY in this league to laugh at me. lol

If the score holds, I believe that will be the closest finish we've had in any of the leagues.

And most of the time, when I lose a championship it goes down similar to this. The team I played this weekend had Kamara, and I got run out of the stadium on greased fucking rails. lol

I had Kamara and needed the greasiest of endings Sunday afternoon and night if you read the last paragraph in my big post above. All hail Kamara. Although this isn't a Gurley or Henry who rode teams through the playoffs. So many people with Kamara were already done this year.

Having Kamara with Taysom Hill starting was a bit like having Zeke without Dak. Or maybe more like having any RB on Buffalo when Allen keeps stealing the touchdowns.

Regardless of the outcome, stat corrections be damned, that was a shit-load of fun this year! Great game, Joe. All 3 of the L4SN fantasy football leagues were/are a blast.

Congrats to the winners of the Leagues... looking forward to next season.
