Mike Zimmer his time is up it's just not working he can't win the big game he's not the coach the Minnesota Vikings need at this time IMO,it's the same old song you know the one being good just not good enough ( sigh )

 

You should read Vikings Age about Stefon Diggs why he wanted out I don't know why they keep talking about it,yea the Vikings managment is weird and Tricky Ricky can be something else all of the drama was some unnecessary BS nobody really spoke to each other it's very childish IMO again who gives a fu*k

 

Does the head coach of the Buccaneers think they were all that Sunday they were outplayed by the Vikings,how come the refs were so bad Tampa Bay didn't beat the Vikings the Vikings beat the Vikings

 

Good morning Badd! I was saying to myself the same thing. The Vikings handed that game to them on a Silver platter. TB isnt 'all that'... not in my opinion.

 

What a joke this is turning out be like Stefon Diggs didn't know the Vikings were a run first team he was around when AP was a Vikings he's was always about me not team HE WAS NOT EVERY THING there are other players too it's almost like he's an attention junkie and he's kinda upset the Vikings replaced him so soon I'm getting very tired of Stefon Diggs

 

Actually, for balance, I’ll offer an alternative point of view: I say that you’re obsessed to the point of being butthurt (that’s a hockey term and it’s a real thing).

Meanwhile, we have the on-record opinion of J. Allen who is someone who has actually met and spoken to the man. His opinion is diametrically opposed to the theory you espouse.

Stefan Diggs USED to play for the Vikings. Let it go.

 

Sometimes things just don’t work out between a player and an organization. Rarely is it a one-sided set of circumstances that leads to the deterioration of the relationship.

The Buffalo Bills would not be in the SB discussion without Diggs. He is the catalyst that has propelled the team to elite status.

 

Oh, and he has been a MODEL teammate on and off the field. I guess he lost his Diva card when he moved.

If you want to call this season “just fine” then ... we’ll that’s evidence that you need to let it go. I like the Vikings, but they have been one of the most disappointing teams in the league this year. They turned things around, but they should have been challenging for the divisional title.

There’s usually a reason for such a major underperformance. I suspect that there was some truth behind any negativity he may have projected.

Simply put: Diggs hasn’t been remotely close to being a diva in Buffalo. And, divas cannot change their stripes so quickly. I suspect his words, that bother you nearly a season after he’s left the organization were words of warning that should have been listened to and not castigated.

 

With all the changes here and injuries and Opt-Outs the D-line been trash but hey nobody in Minnesota expected the Vikings to be all that nobody here in Minnesota is upset or crying over Diggs,there are sportswriters and sport radio that do not talk bad about him,it just every time there's some kind of article Stefon Diggs said this about the Vikings me I'm sick and tired of him saying this or that he can keep his opinion Stefon Diggs bye have an outstanding career he might not be a Diva in Buffalo but he was in Minnesota

 

Oh I forgot nobody that I know of or sports radio talk or the sportswriters in Minnesota is obsessed with this guy and he was NOT! the offense sure he played a part no doubt about it and the Vikings did not fall apart when he left again Stefon Diggs bye

I'm wondering does Mike Zimmer have the fire and the desire to be the Vikings HC the lack of imagination it's always run run run punt or it's run run pass punt you got weapons time to open up it just seems like something got to change GO VIKINGS

 

Enough is Enough Mike Zimmer and Rick Spielman got to got there happy just being mediocre and dull and Capt Kirk needs to be cut or traded I don't understand this starting slow,the best teams are in the AFC the Wilfs better wake up and it's just amazing to me they can't see he cannot win the big games oh and Anthony Harris was non-factor today

Mike Zimmer on Minnesota’s defense: “Worst one I’ve ever had”



The 2020 Vikings may not be masters of defense, but their head coach is a master of the obvious.

“This is a bad defense,” Minnesota coach Mike Zimmer said after the 52-33 loss to the Saints, via Courtney Cronin of ESPN.com. “Worst one I’ve ever had.”

The Vikings, as noted earlier, had gone 36 years without allowing 50 or more points. The 52 points surrendered to the Saints were the most the Vikings had seen scored against them in more than 57 years. They also witnessed the first six-touchdown game by a single player, Alvin Kamara, since Gale Sayers scored six times in 1965.

“Really disappointed defensively,” Zimmer said. “You’ve gotta work really hard to give up 52.”

The Vikings are missing some key members of the defense, but Zimmer tried to avoid making excuses, while sort of making excuses.

“We’re a little undermanned, but they should play better than that,” Zimmer said. “Really it wasn’t so much the six touchdowns, it’s more that they just mashed us up front. We couldn’t slow them down. It would be eight-yard gain, seven-yard gain. . . . It was one of those kind of days. . . . We’ve got to get [defensive end Danielle] Hunter back, we’ve got to get [defensive tackle Michael] Pierce here, we’ve got to get [linebacker Anthony] Barr, [linebacker Eric] Kendricks, Pro Bowl players, good players that we have, they need to be back, and then we lost another corner again today. . . . If you go back, and honest, I’m not trying to make excuses, it was embarrassing today. We’re missing four defensive linemen, we’re missing a safety, we’re missing three corners, we’re missing six linebackers, I believe, from where we started. We’re just a little undermanned. That’s still no excuse. These guys put on an NFL jersey, they’ve got to play.”

They played. Poorly. More poorly than any Vikings Defense has played in decades. Poorly enough to ensure that Zimmer will be on notice for 2021.

Poorly enough that, if he hadn’t gotten an extension before the 2020 season began, he’d be one game away from becoming a free agent.

Mike Zimmer is not a head coach he's a Defensive coach the game has passed him by I'm very tired of this it's just not working this sorry azz gameplan and has he lost the locker room I think so by this lack of effort it was pitful the Vikings are heartbreak city there always good just not good enough
