Titans are 5.5 point favorites. I don't know what to think myself about this team anymore. It'll be close, will it be a win? Who knows with these guys. Almost every "expert" has the Bears losing and several by at least 10 points. The line, despite all the injuries, strangely doesn't worry me. They were playing like ass before...how much worse can it get? The Bears D stepped up a bit in the run game, does that continue? Do the titans press their advantage? The pass rush has stepped up, and Brees negated much of that with quick sharp decisions, Tannehill, for all his resurgence, is no Brees so there's a good chance the Bears get home a few times. The Offense though, is what it is. A flaming pile of garbage. Our Offensive Genius coach here will lead us to 21 points. Will that be enough will be the question.
Good luck to all Bears Fans........... Both these teams have suffered two Loses in a row and need this Win Bad. Titans traded for Desmond King which will make a Huge difference on the Defense.....hopefully they can stop 3rd down attempts. This is the 13th time these two teams have met (including the Oilers).....it's tied 6-6. ..........GO TITANS GO........
Bears have never lost in Nashville. With the rag tag group they will be playing at offensive line this sunday....I have no idea how they keep that up.
It's too bad you aren't in Nashville this weekend Bww because you could have gone to see the game live. It sounds like an awful lot of players are down. Anything is possible though.
Holy smokes man. That will actually be a lot easier and faster than driving there like you did. Do you have tickets for the game or just watching from home/bar?
Mitch is also hurt now. Injured on the one play Nagy called for him last week. Amazing how almost anything Nagy tries backfires so badly. But of course this means that we're one play away from a possible Tyler Bray era!
Bears have never lost in Nashville. Your right BWW.........the last time they played in Nashville Chicago waxed the Titans in 2012. Enjoy the game and your lucky to get a seat......I believe there is only 8,000 tickets available. We will look for you on TV......I presume you will be in your Bears Jersey and you will have two Black Eyes.....lol
I originally bought tickets for $120 a piece....those were refunded. I now have seats that are way further away from the field....and they cost $450.
I originally bought tickets for $120 a piece....those were refunded. I now have seats that are way further away from the field....and they cost $450. OUCH.........that is a F-ing drag.......I hate Covid.
You know, we joke, but I have a zero percent desire to see Tyler Bray hit the field. Nagy trotting Mitch out there was just a massive FU to anyone thinking they could use Mitch the same way as the Saints. Which no one with a brain was thinking. NFL's preview: It's interesting how much worse than I thought they say the Titans D is. That's interesting, does this mean it's a week the Offensive Genius figures it out? Doubtful to me until he proves otherwise.
Agreed test out Bray but IMO something doesn’t smell right... Mitch and Foles were playing ~10 yard catch on the sidelines late game against the saints well after his “try to be taysom hill” play... Now he’s got a ‘significant throwing shoulder injury?’ (Exact words from the Chicago sun times). Or are Pace/Nagy done with him and are too puss to say so? I can totally buy this.
It's interesting how much worse than I thought they say the Titans D is. YUP........they are terrible at 3rd down attempts Varder.....I believe they are the worst in the League ??? That's why they went out and got Desmond King.....that was a good trade.
That's a great point. For business reasons, we know Mitch won't see the field, so why not invent a reason. There's no way they want to be in a situation where they pay Mitch. However, the game of catch could have been because Mitch felt tight and wanted to see if he could loosen it up. That and the vid says a lack of pass rush and especially bad run D. Unfortunately for the Bears our running game hasn't been right since Cohen went down early in the season and the patchwork o-line gives the definite edge to the Titans. But as they say, "that's why the play the games". I expect it to be a close Bears loss, but anything can happen. Nagy, for his faults, pretty rarely gets blown out.
