Against my better judgment I am going to comment. I personally believe that BWW is 1) absofuckinglutely hilarious. 2) He doesn’t care if he’s ruffled feathers, and in fact that is one of his primary motivators. 3) He is not malicious in anything. Anyone who walks the fine line of attempting to provoke thought or reactions in a ribald fashion is going to be misunderstood and disliked by some.

I’ll respond in what I believe is suitable BWW fashion: fuck ‘em.

Now, for the record, I have met Cat in person at the Joe in Detroit. He’s a much more complex and interesting person than I’d have expected by the 2D view we get through this forum.

 

Dan we don't cross paths enough on this forum....but you've always been one of the good ones. If you're ever close enough to be geographically someday...I'd very much love to buy you a beer. Or several.


For the record...I always liked catfish. He took things too personal but he was a good contributor. But also...I really don't care.

I retired (was in Denver) and moved to Portugal to be nearer to my wife’s native Ireland. We can get to Ireland easily (ordinarily) but don’t have all the rain.

We are in Leiria, about an hour north of Lisboa and 15 minutes from the Atlantic. Portugal is a fantastic country!

Anyone is welcome at any time. And, yes, BWW, I’d enjoy having a beer or eight with you one day.

dline, one of my regrets is that you were not able to get to Denver for an Avs-Panthers and DU game as we had talked about a couple of years ago.

New venue! And we may have to change out the entertainment - no hockey here. But believe me, we won’t lack for fun when you get to Portugal.

Could one of you smart guys remind me of how to attach a photo. I could show you the castle I look at everyday.
