The problem with stats like under pressure and facing the blitz is they only are on a fraction of the plays and that fraction can be as highest or lowest in the league. If you’re only blitzed at one time and get destroyed on that play then you would be the worst in the league against the blitz. But the fact it was only one play means it probably didn’t even make a difference in the game.
Yep. But metrics show there are other guys who can still perform even with the pressure in their face. That's the point being made here.

It doesn't make the stat garbage. It means a great team with great coaching and perhaps the greatest ever under center found ways to win when it mattered most.
The stats beach showed also showed percentage of plays under pressure. So the metrics shared are extremely educating and allow you to see a pretty clear picture.
Well then, evidently Kyler Murray is going to be a bad QB under pressure, all the way to the MVP.....So take it for what it's worth.
Your using two different stats. At no point was Brady the best against pressure. Which is what I've shown in the past three seasons.
i was using the same stat the entire time, which was against the blitz and we've gone over that. the image above only further proves false narratives and how stats can be manipulated.
Perhaps not, but Jamies Winston sure is great in the face of pressure. I mean, who needed a stat sheet to know that?
Jesus this is not difficult. You can use blitz all day if you like. That's not what we were discussing. We were discussing his success when pressured - and not all blitzes result in pressure. In fact, the majority of blitzes dont't result in pressure, often times because a really good QB like Brady can identify where the blitz is coming from and adjust the protection to account for the blitzer. Tom Brady is really good against the blitz! Agreed, 100%. He is not good when he is pressured, whether that's 4 rushers or fucking 11 rushers. When someone pressures him consistently, he doesn't have the same success.
you said that i was using 2 different stats, to which i responded that i was not, i was using the same stat (blizes) over 2 seasons. i also provided an image (link below) that shows that in 2017 Tom Brady had the #1 passer rating vs pressure. there is no reason to launch a personal attack on Jesus, regardless of how much football you watch. you should probably calm down beachbum. https://www.pff.com/news/final-nfl-qb-rankings-by-pff-player-grades-2017
come on man, grasping at straws. ive clearly mentioned back to back seasons of the same stat and shown the one where he was the best. the same stat that you just recently got so fired up about and mentioned Jesus in. you didnt care for the stat and had claimed that i was using different stats, to which i wasnt. that stat.
Fair enough. The last 10 years... 2011 - 2nd 2012 - 17th 2013 - 13th 2014 - 21st 2015 - 2nd 2016 - 7th 2017 - 1st 2018 - 21st 2019 - 17th 2020 - 23rd
